return to yourself
You don’t need to fix yourself. You need to remember who you really are.
The Return is a 90-day 1:1 somatic coaching experience for the woman who understands all her patterns and still feels stuck in them.
If something in you is ready to move beyond survival and self-abandonment, reclaim your agency, attune to the wisdom of your body, and feel more alive as you move toward the life you’re longing for, The Return may be for you.
compassionately shed what’s no longer needed, free the embodied baddie.
“I’m noticing my body’s signals, setting boundaries and feeling more safe.”
The Return may be for you if…
You’ve done the work. So why do you still feel stuck?
You’ve read the books, listened to the podcasts, years in therapy, explored attachment styles, and learned all about why your patterns do what they do. Yet under pressure you still find yourself people-pleasing, overthinking, or holding back when it comes to relationships, making choices, and moving toward the life you long for.
You understand so much about yourself, yet something still feels out of reach. You want to express yourself more freely, trust what you feel, and stop holding back the parts of you that are ready to live, take up space, and move toward what matters.
You’re tired of holding it all together, making yourself smaller, being the good girl, or overriding what your body is telling you.
You’re ready for more than just understanding your patterns. You want to trust yourself in real time, attune to the wisdom of your body, honor what you need, reclaim the parts of you that learned to hide and move toward what matters to you most.
What if the next step isn’t more understanding, fixing, or regulating but a different relationship with yourself?
For more agency. More attunement to the wisdom of your body. More aliveness. More you, moving towards what really matters.
if something in you feels curious...
30 minutes · via GoogleMeet · no pressure or obligation, just an felt experience of what this is all about and an honest conversation.
I’m so glad you’re here. You, and all parts of you, are welcome.
We’ll explore what’s most alive in you, what you’re longing for, and what feels ready for change. You can ask your questions, notice how your body responds, and feel into whether The Return is the right fit.
If you already know you’re ready, you can also choose to apply below:
all of you belongs here.
you are not broken and we don’t live in a vacuum.
our soma, the living organism in it’s wholeness, is constantly being shaped by and adapting to our environment, relationships, communities, institutions, systems, land and spirit.
brakujacy element
You can understand your nervous system states and still abandon yourself in conflict. You can know why you people-please and still find yourself overriding what you need.
You know the feeling. Saying yes when you mean no. Swallowing your anger. Making yourself smaller, being the agreeable one, pushing through when you’re exhausted. Feeling guilty for needing something, resting, taking up space, or wanting to feel good.
Insight matters. But understanding a pattern doesn’t automatically change how you live or inhabit your body.
We internalize and are constantly shaped by the world we live in: the expectations, the roles, the urgency to achieve, the pressure to be productive, agreeable, selfless, and endlessly improving. The toxic shame that tells us we’re not enough, that we have to earn our worth, belonging, and love.
Patriarchy, capitalism, institutions, family, culture, history, and our lived experiences all shape how we learn to move through the world. This shaping becomes embodied: in our nervous system, our posture, our movements, our inner dialogue, and the ways we relate to ourselves, others, and the more-than-human world.
Our soma is intelligent. It adapts. We develop ways of being that help us belong, stay connected, feel safe, have dignity, and navigate the world around us. Then we can spend years trying to be a “good girl” and fixing ourselves for having adapted. I know this pattern well. 🙂
The work isn’t about becoming better at enduring a world that asks you to abandon yourself or learning to live in survival more comfortably. It’s about recognizing what you’ve internalized, discerning when your soma is responding adequately to what’s happening, reconnecting with what you feel and need, and making room for more choice, expression, agency, and moving towards the life you are longing for.
Self-led. And more fully fucking ALIVE.
we are what we practice. what are you practicing?
what if more was possible...
Imagine having more room for comfort, creativity, deeper connection, and experiences that make you feel curious, excited, expansive, or fully present and alive in your body.
What might become possible if you weren’t spending so much energy hiding parts of yourself, trying to be liked, or holding everything together?
Pause for a moment. Imagine a life that feels more aligned, more like yours. Notice what happens in your body.
Is there a movement impulse, a temperature shift, a softening, a little spark of excitement, a sense of space, a longing, a yes? Or perhaps a tightening, a curling in, a worry?
None of these responses are bad or good. They’re information. There’s nothing you need to force or figure out right now. Just notice. Get curious.
You don’t have to know how to get there yet. We begin by feeling into what’s already here, discovering what wants to be seen, heard, felt, and known.
your body knows.
what may unfold
The Good Girl adapted. Maybe she learned to be nice, helpful, small, and easy. To overthink and overexplain, achieve and be perfect, anticipate everyone else's needs, or hide the parts of herself that might be too much.
These patterns can be shaped by family, inherited histories, and internalized patriarchy: the rules we learn so well that we start policing ourselves.
And often, the policing turns inward. We learn to live in our heads, analyzing our patterns and trying to get ourselves right. The inner critic takes over. We try to fix, heal, regulate, control, or manage ourselves out of the very feelings and parts we’re ashamed of.
You weren’t broken. You adapted. And you don’t have to turn yourself into another project to become someone you can love.
What if the parts of you that feel icky, weird, too much, or shameful aren’t asking to be fixed, but to be met differently?
free the embodied baddie.
She's not a new identity you need to become. She's what begins to emerge as you return to yourself: the innate intelligence of your soma, your agency, your aliveness. A deeper alignment between your heart, body, mind, soul, and values.
The Return is an invitation to build a new relationship with yourself, including the parts and patterns you’ve learned to judge, suppress, or hide. To meet them with curious compassion, listen for what lives beneath them, and discover what becomes possible when you no longer have to fight yourself to change.
Not because you’ve finally fixed yourself, but because more of you gets to participate in your life.
The Return is a practice of unlearning, untangling, and creating a new relationship with what taught you to leave yourself. Of shedding what isn’t yours, reclaiming your agency, and moving toward what matters to you.
What else might become possible when you feel more alive, more at home in your body, and all that energy that was being used to hide parts of yourself starts to support you in moving towards the life you’re longing for?
Instead of turning yourself into an endless self-improvement project to, imagine what it would feel like if you had a different relationship with yourself?
Not more fixing. More curiosity. More compassion. More room to be fully, unapologetically you.
It begins with getting curious about what’s happening beneath the patterns you’ve learned to judge, suppress, or hide. Not to analyze yourself into submission, but to turn toward yourself and discover what might be waiting to be felt, heard, and understood.
What am I noticing in my body right now? Does it feel familiar?
What might this part of me be afraid of, longing for, or carrying shame about? What is still unknown, but wanting to be known in my somatic shadow?
What wants to happen next? If this feeling could move, speak, gesture, or express itself in some way, how would it?
SHED WHAT WAS NEVER YOURS TO CARRY. FREE THE EMBODIED BADDIE. REMEMBER WHO THE FUCK YOU REALLY ARE.
the aliveness alchemy method
what do we actually do with all of this?
Aliveness Alchemy is the framework guiding The Return. It begins with a simple premise: activation is part of being alive. The work isn’t to eliminate it or become perfectly regulated. It’s to develop a deeper relationship with your Self as life happens, so you can listen, discern, express, choose, and participate with more agency and aliveness, it’s your birthright.
The four movements are interconnected, not steps you have to complete in order. We move between them depending on what’s happening in your life and what’s emerging in your direct felt experience.
Creating the conditions to come home to yourself.
Before we can deeply listen, there needs to be enough space, support, time, presence, curiosity, care, and choice to actually be here.
Arrival isn’t about forcing yourself to relax or achieving the “right” nervous-system state. It’s about landing in the present moment and beginning to experience:
I can be here with myself.
Attunement begins in relationship. As infants, we depend on caregivers to notice and respond to our needs; those repeated experiences help shape how we relate to our feelings, needs, relationship, ourselves, and the world. When attunement is missing or inconsistent, we adapt in intelligent ways to stay safe, connected, loved, and cared for. The good news is that we can begin learning to attune to ourselves now—and, in supportive relationships ( with humans or the more that human world), experience something different.
We slow down enough to notice what is happening around you and within you: sensation, emotion, energy, activation, breath, movement, gesture, impulse, longing, inner rhythms, patterns, parts and the places where you may have learned to hide, shrink, silence, shame, hold back, or override yourself.
Attunement isn’t hyper-awareness or endless analysis. It’s developing a relationship with what emerges: listening before interpreting, and becoming curious about what belongs to the past, what belongs to the present, what you may need, what wants to express and happen next.
Your soma isn’t the problem. It’s the portal to getting to know yourself.
Reclaiming your capacity to act, choose, express, respond, protect, adapt, and participate in this dance of life.
Attunement isn’t about listening without acting. At some point, we ask:
What do I want to do with what I know, feel, and need?
Agency might mean saying no, asking for what you need, expressing anger, resting, receiving support, taking up space, protecting what matters, or moving toward something you long for.
It isn’t control or becoming so regulated that nothing affects you. It’s growing your capacity to stay connected to yourself while meeting life—even when things are messy, activating, uncertain, or really fucking real. Agency is the opposite of powerlessness and this empowered voice, choice and action is your birthright.
Becoming more fully yourself and moving toward the life you long for.
The point isn’t simply to have better nervous-system skills or to endure conditions that are harming us. It’s to come into relationship with your embodied Self and have more of you available for what matters most to you in life.
Aliveness isn’t constant happiness or good vibes only spiritual bypassing. It includes the full range of being human: anger, grief, pleasure, uncertainty, tenderness, power, joy, rest, movement, connection, solitude, creativity, longing, and purpose.
What becomes possible when more of you is here?
A different kind of relationship. Creative expression. A boundary. Work that feels more like yours. A love you can actually receive. A longing you finally allow yourself to follow. A life that reflects your values.
Sometimes we need movement. Sometimes stillness, expression, rest, connection, or simply staying with what is here. The practice is learning to listen, discern, experience, explore, and choose.
" I wasn't sure what I needed when I signed up but I'm walking away ready to conquer the world regardless of what is thrown at me I trust the wisdom of my body."
Somatic coaching brings your whole bodymind into the conversation—not just what you think, your mindset, or what you believe you should do next. We notice what’s happening in the direct felt experience of the now: sensation, emotion, nervous system states, movement impulses, posture, muscle bracing, inner narratives, relationship stances, unmet needs, wants, longings, and habitual patterns that may have shaped your embodied experience of yourself, others, and the world around you.
Many approaches help us work with the mind or spirit. Somatic coaching includes those dimensions, and also turns toward the body and nervous system, where implicit learning and memory can show up in sensation, movement, breath, and the ways we respond. These are among our primal languages, available before we can explain everything in words. You don’t have to understand or retell every story for something to shift. We can begin with what your bodymind is communicating now.
We don’t focus on the past as something you need to endlessly excavate, or on “healing” your inner child and wounds. We notice how the past is showing up in your body alongside what’s happening in your life and relationships now. Nie każda aktywacja należy do przeszłości. Sometimes your body is responding to what’s happening now; sometimes to what it learned then; sometimes to both. We practice discerning what is here and what might be needed.
Nervous system “regulation” isn’t about becoming calm enough to endure what is harmful or not aligned. It’s about coming into relationship with your Self, with more capacity to listen, feel, discern, express, and respond to this dance we call life.
What contemporary research is helping us understand, many ancestors and traditions have long known: rhythm, movement, sensation, sound, and connection can be part of how we change. Your nervous system doesn’t speak English ; ) Often, insight alone isn’t enough. We need practice and new felt experiences. Through practice, we can begin to unlearn and untangle old patterns and build new ways of being. Neuroplasticity gives us a way to understand how experience can shape the brain and nervous system over time.
That’s why The Return is 90 days. The sessions matter, and so does what you practice in between—in the small, daily moments of listening, choosing, and relating to yourself differently. A new way can feel uncomfortable because it’s unfamiliar. We don’t have to force our way through that discomfort. With enough support and choice, we can meet the edges of what’s familiar and let new possibilities take shape.
Your body already has capacities for adapting, growing, and moving toward life. Many of us have also learned to override our impulses, instincts, and intuition. This work isn’t about fixing you; it’s about creating the conditions where more of your own knowing can be felt and followed.
I think of an acorn: it carries the potential to grow, but it needs supportive conditions. Your soma, too, needs space, time, permission, support, and relationship. Somatic coaching sees you as a whole person—not a problem to pathologize, but a living system with resilience, intelligence, and capacity. I believe in your potential.
Your soma is a living, sensing, adapting, self-organizing system, constantly in relationship with you, others, and the world around you. I trust the wisdom within you and the aliveness moving you toward what you long for. Imagine what becomes possible when the energy you’ve been using to avoid or hide parts of yourself is freed up and turned toward what you want to create.
I bring my own embodied presence, attunement, frameworks, questions, reflections, and practices. You bring your lived experience, your curiosity, and your authority over your own experience. I’m not going to pretend I know it better than you do.
You are the expert of you.
The work isn’t about learning the “right way” from me. It’s about becoming more attuned to what your soma is communicating—your embodied Self. We discover the way together as it unfolds naturally.
My practice has been shaped by years of study, teaching, embodied practice, and lived experience across somatic, relational, psychological, contemplative, and movement-based approaches. I draw from nervous system science and stress and trauma research, somatic psychology, relational frameworks, partswork, therapeutic yoga, expressive movement, and contemplative wisdom traditions.
Depending on what’s most alive in you, we may explore:
Depending on what’s most alive in you, we may explore:
Arriving in your body and building resources: finding ways to feel supported and present at your own pace, and building capacity to be with what’s here. This may include receiving, settling, resting, regenerating, and allowing what has felt frozen or held back to begin to thaw.
Direct felt experience and nervous system states: noticing sensation, emotion, breath, movement impulses, and different nervous system states as they feel in your body; discerning what you need and what wants to happen next, without pathologizing your responses.
Somatic shaping: exploring patterns in posture, movement, muscles, fascia, inner narratives, and relationships—how they’ve been shaped by family, ancestors, culture, systems, and institutions, and whether they still serve you.
Somatic Parts Work: befriending and integrating younger parts and the adaptations that helped you belong, stay safe, or be loved—including the Good Girl—without shaming or trying to get rid of them.
Reclaiming what you learned to hide: making room for creativity, curiosity, awe, joy, playfulness, weirdness, authenticity, sensuality, receptivity, anger, sadness, tears, pleasure, and connection.
Expression, mobilization, and agency: building capacity to speak, sound, move, act, and respond; reclaiming choice, boundaries, and healthy aggression.
Embodied transformation and moving toward what you long for: using somatic imagination to sense into your future self, your wants, longings, and possibilities. As we discover what’s in the way and what may not be yours to carry, we meet those patterns with compassion, begin to shed what no longer fits, and practice embodying new ways of being.

Hi, I'm Olga
I’m a trauma-trained somatic coach, embodiment practitioner, creator of soma yoga, and lifelong student of what it means to be a human being in a living body on this planet.
Born in Poland and raised in Brooklyn, I’ve lived through my own seasons of survival, disconnection, and profound change. Over nearly 20 years of yoga, therapy, sobriety, spiritual practice, and somatic nervous system work, I’ve come to embody my own ransformation, not just as something to learn, but as a new relationship with my body, my needs, my agency, my aliveness, and the world around me.
For the past seven years, I’ve walked alongside women and femmes in individual and group spaces. My work brings together somatic coaching, nervous system science, relational attunement, therapeutic movement, spirituality, and feminist and systemic perspectives.
I don’t see this work as a set of skills I learned and then began teaching from a distance. My own lived experience is part of why I care so deeply about it—and my training and years of practice help me hold space for your process. I believe we are shaped by our relationships, histories, cultures, systems, and the world we share. Returning to yourself can be a way to reclaim agency and aliveness, and to create different ways of being in relationship with yourself, each other, and the world.

Rather than analyzing yourself from a distance, we listen to what is happening within you in real time: your sensations, emotions, impulses, protective patterns, inner narratives, and innate wisdom.
At times, we may meet grief, anger, fear, or uncertainty. You may also notice pleasure, relief, clarity, creativity, or a little more room to be with what you feel. There’s no need to force a breakthrough or make discomfort the whole story.
Some people experience clear, tangible shifts. Others notice something quieter: more ease, self-trust, choice, or a deeper sense of being at home in themselves.
Nie naprawiamy.
Nie omijamy.
Bardziej w całości.
Bardziej sobą.
Bardziej żywa.
This is not a space for managing yourself into perfection. It is a space for coming into relationship with your body—not as something to control, fix, or improve, but as something intelligent, responsive, and deeply alive.
Your body is not another project. It is part of the relationship you are learning to come home to.
There are no biohacks or pressure to reach a “better” state or become a “better” version of yourself. Nie zarządzamy Twoim układem nerwowym. Uczymy się, jak być z nim w relacji.
We listen to the body rather than override it. Protective patterns are not treated as failures; we get curious about how they may have helped you respond to your experiences, relationships, culture, and environment.
Sometimes what arises feels familiar and easy to name. Sometimes we meet sensations, emotions, or experiences that feel unfamiliar or uncomfortable. Jedno i drugie jest tutaj mile widziane.
We work with what is present, making room to soften, explore, express, and discover new possibilities for how you want to be in relationship with yourself and your life.
Not through force or fixing. Through relationship, presence, and embodied connection. We create the conditions and listen to the innate wisdom that emerges.
No. The Return is a client-led, body-guided somatic coaching partnership—not psychotherapy.
This work can be therapeutic. Together, we listen to what’s happening in your body and nervous system, at a pace that honours you, and explore what feels true, needed, and possible. You remain at the center of the process: your choices, boundaries, and body wisdom matter.
I trust in the body’s innate wisdom, capacity, and potential for resilience, expansion, and aliveness. With enough space, support, time, and permission, new possibilities can emerge. I’m not here to diagnose or treat mental-health conditions, or to position myself as the one who heals you.
Coaching and psychotherapy have different roles. If it seems another kind of support might better meet your needs, we can talk about that together and consider a next step that feels right for you. The International Coaching Federation also advises coaches to refer clients when their needs go beyond the coach’s competence (ICF guidance on referring clients to therapy).
Somatic coaching may complement psychotherapy, but it doesn’t replace it.No. You don’t need to know how to meditate, move, regulate your nervous system, or “be embodied.” We start where you are
No. You don’t need to know how to meditate, move, regulate your nervous system, or “be embodied.” We start where you are.
Then you may be exactly where this work becomes interesting.
The Return isn’t about collecting more explanations, tools, or insights for why you are the way you are. It’s about exploring what happens when understanding becomes embodied relationship—when you notice what your body is communicating and discover what choices or possibilities become available from there.
You don’t need to arrive with a five-year personal-development plan. We can get curious about what is happening and discover what matters from there.
Activation is your body’s way of mobilizing energy to act, respond, protect, and adapt to life. It isn’t bad. It has a purpose. You might notice it as tension, heat, a racing heart, restlessness, strong emotion, or an urge to move, speak, pull back, or pause.
Many of us have learned to override, suppress, or ignore these responses so we can keep going. When activation has nowhere to move or is repeatedly pushed down, the stress response can remain switched on, contributing to chronic stress and dis-ease.
Your activation is welcome here. Together, we can get curious about what it’s responding to and what it might need: movement, expression, protection, connection, rest. We make space for the energy to mobilize, move, and metabolize, at a pace that honours your body.
You remain in choice throughout. We can slow down, pause, or shift direction at any time. You don’t have to push through or make anything happen. We listen for what supports more agency, connection, and aliveness for you.
Yes. Payment plans and accessibility packages are available. If this work feels deeply aligned and the investment is a barrier, feel free to schedule a free connection call and we can talk about what might be possible.
Your body’s responses make sense in the context of what you’ve lived through and what you’re navigating now. Feeling overwhelmed, shut down, or on high alert doesn’t mean you’re broken; these can be ways your body has adapted to meet what life has asked of you.
The Return offers a steady, self-led space to listen to those responses, honour their intelligence, and explore what support and possibility might be available to you. It isn’t crisis care or psychotherapy, and it isn’t a substitute for urgent or clinical mental-health support. If you’re in an acute crisis, please reach out to a qualified mental-health professional or local crisis service.
You can stop coaching at any time. You’ll pay for the sessions we’ve already had, and I’ll refund you for any sessions you haven’t had.
Note for clients in Poland
If you book online as a consumer in Poland, you generally have 14 days from booking to withdraw from the agreement. If you ask to begin coaching during those 14 days and then withdraw, you may need to pay for the sessions already provided. To start coaching before the 14 days have passed, please confirm this when booking.

Nie jesteś zepsuta.
Ostatnia myśl
You don’t need another person telling you who you are.
You are the expert on your own lived experience.
I’ll bring my presence, questions, practices, frameworks, and lived experience. You bring you. My role is to create an embodied, relational space where you can hear, feel, and express yourself more clearly—not to fix, diagnose, or define you.
And I really want to acknowledge you for being here. It takes courageous vulnerability to show up for yourself and turn inward in a world that rewards disconnection, speeding up, overriding, and self-abandonment disguised as strength.
She’s not waiting for you to become her.
She’s waiting for you to return.
What if returning isn’t a dramatic leap, but a moment of noticing? A breath you don’t push past. A want you let yourself feel. A no that becomes clearer—or a yes that brings a little more energy into your body. What might become possible if you could stay with those signals, with curiosity, and let them help you find your way?
The Embodied Baddie isn’t another version of yourself to perfect. She’s you, remembering who the fuck you are beneath your intelligent adaptations, patterns, and the ways you were taught to hide, suppress, and hold it all together.
Back to the wisdom of your body, your agency, your aliveness, and the life you’re longing for. Back to your wants, needs, creativity, embodied presence, pleasure, and self-trust. Back to a life that feels like yours.
We shed what taught us to leave ourselves.
We compost what no longer belongs.
We make room for what wants to emerge.
And we don’t become ourselves in isolation. Patriarchy tells us to be small and silent. Capitalism sells us the lie that we are separate, that our worth comes from what we achieve, and that becoming whole is ours to do alone. But we are relational beings, part of a living web—like mycelium beneath the forest floor, connected and making life possible together.
The Return begins in your relationship with yourself, but it doesn’t end there. This isn’t a demand that you fix the world through individual healing and transformation. It’s a recognition that our aliveness is connected—and that how we choose, protect, express, create, and relate shapes the wellbeing of one another and the more-than-human world.
More of you, more fully alive to meet life—even when it activates you—and stay in relationship with yourself.
An ongoing practice and experience of embodied transformation.
xoxo,
Olga
