your body knows.

return to yourself

You don’t need to fix yourself. You need to remember who you really are.

The Return is a 90-day 1:1 somatic coaching experience for the woman who understands all her patterns and still feels stuck. If something in you is ready to move beyond survival and self-abandonment, return to your agency and aliveness, attune to the wisdom of your bodymind, and move toward the life you are longing for, The Return may be for you.

shed what isn’t yours, free the embodied baddie.

“I’m noticing my body’s signals, setting boundaries and feeling more safe.”

The Return may be for you if…

You’ve done a lot of understanding, analysing, and working on yourself. Maybe you’ve been in therapy, read the books, done the yoga and meditation retreats, learned about attachment or the nervous system, you can name your patterns and recite your whole story.

And yet you’re realizing that understanding yourself isn’t the same as being in relationship with yourself. Because understanding alone doesn’t create change. You can know exactly why you do something and still find yourself doing it.

And when the answer becomes “How do I fix this?”, you can accidentally teach your bodymind that what you’re feeling is a problem to get rid of. That this activation, emotion, impulse or longing is bad, unsafe, or too much. So you try harder to cahnge it. Which creates more monitoring, more judgment, more urgency to make yourself different… and keeps you caught in the very loop you’re trying to escape.

The Return offers another way:

    • Your thinking mind tends to take over when life gets uncertain. You overthink, over-worry, analyse, anticipate, second-guess yourself, self-criticise, or search for the next answer so you can finally feel like you know what to do.
    • You recognize the “Good Girl” ways you learned to stay safe, loved, connected, and belonging. People-pleasing, perfectionism, keeping the peace, being easy, being extra nice, over-functioning, or abandoning your own longings, needs and feelings along the way.

    • You’re capable and often seen as the strong, put-together one, but your body tells a different story. Inner pressure and conflict, tension, bracing, always “ready”,  exhaustion or overwhelm. You have trouble slowing down, resting, receiving comfort, having fun, or actually feeling joy and pleasure in life.

    • You’re tired of living inside urgency and overriding yourself. You want to understand how your body carries the pace and pressures of your life experiences, including the social conditioning and systems that taught you to keep going, produce, perform, achieve, shrink, silence, shapeshift and be “good.” You want to learn to attune to the wisdom of your body, the primal language of sensation and movement way before you had language, your gut instinct and intuition, and recognize your yes, no, maybe, more, less, now and not yet. Your inner compass, your embodied Self that knows through feeling.

    • You don’t want to control, fix, analize and regulate yourself for eternity,  you long for a different relationship with yourself. One rooted in trust, care, curiosity and self-attunement rather than judgment, control and constant self-monitoring. You want more capacity to feel and express what is true for you, take up space, set boundaries, create, receive, ask for what you need and stay connected to yourself even when life activates you.

    • You long for a life that feels more like yours. More honest, connected, creative, embodied, sensual, meaningful, spacious or alive. You want more access to your pleasure, healthy aggression, voice, intuition, creativity and desire, and more freedom to move toward what matters most to you.

    • You’re ready for support that meets your whole humanity. Body, nervous system, emotions,  mind, spirit, relationships, somatic shadow – the patterns and parts of you that are not yet fully known- and the systems and conditions that shape you. You want sustainable, embodied transformation that doesn’t stop at insight, but helps you deepen self-trust and agency, embody what you long for, and become more available for the life you want to live and the world you want to help co-create.

you don’t want to become a better version of yourself. you want to come home to yourself and be more fully alive.

welcome pretty human, I'm so glad you're here!

the missing piece

You can know your attachment style and still abandon yourself in a relationship.

You can understand your nervous system and still override what your soma, your living bodymind in its wholeness, is telling you. You can know exactly where a pattern came from and still find yourself doing the thing.Because insight matters. But insight alone doesn’t automatically become embodied self-trust.

Your soma is not a machine or a container for everything your thinking mind has figured out. It is experiencing, sensing, moving, adapting, receiving, responding, predicting and making meaning all the time.

And you are shaped in relationship. By family. By ancestors. By culture. By institutions. By intimate relationships. By belonging and social expectations, pressure, roles and responsibilities. But also by the larger systems and conditions you have to navigate: capitalism, patriarchy, racism, class, migration, religion, war, ecological crisis, and the stories we inherit about what makes a person worthy, lovable, or able to belong.

Sometimes what looks like a personal pattern makes more sense when we widen the lens.

Maybe you’re not failing at being “regulated,” “healed,” or “enlightened.” Maybe your soma is responding intelligently to a world that asks a lot of you. And often the answer isn’t to adapt and shapeshift yourself more efficiently to endure that world.

It’s to become more able to discern what is yours, what shaped you, what you want to shed and are no longer willing to carry, what you long for but are scared might happen if you reach for it, and what you want to create, protect or participate in.

Some of the ways you learned to belong, succeed, feel worthy, stay connected or protect yourself may have made perfect sense then. They may have helped you become the person you needed to be.

But what helped you once upon a time may not be what is still supporting you now. It may actually be keeping you stuck, silent or small.

And I want to make something very clear: not everything is an old trauma, missing need or wound that your inner child is holding that needs to be healed. There is also a lot happening right now, in this moment, in the world, in your life, in your relationships.

The ways we were conditioned and adapted, the ways our somas were shaped, our posture and bracing patterns, relational dynamics, inner narratives and other patterns can also develop through repetition, through our need to belong, feel worthy and stay connected, and through the environments we are continually navigating.

We get taught early to override our impulses and instincts, to value intellect over embodied knowing, and to turn outward instead of inward for answers. Something hurts. Something matters. Something is out of alignment. Something in you is saying no. Something wants to change.

So instead of always asking, “How do I change this?” or “Who is going to fix this?” we can begin asking different questions:

What is happening in me?

What am I sensing?

What is this part of me afraid of?

What wants to happen next?

What do I need or long for right now?

What matters to me?

What is mine? What was taught to me?

What am I no longer willing to participate in?

What do I want to protect, embody, create or shed?

What do I want to do from here?

What kind of world do I want to be part of?

Insight can tell you what is happening.

Somatic work gives you a way to begin experiencing and expressing yourself differently while it is happening.

Through direct, felt experience and expression, you begin to reconnect with what your body knows how to do inherently, while noticing the patterns that may interrupt or override that body wisdom. This is part of how stress and activation can accumulate, remain unresolved, and keep buzzing through the system.

You begin to notice what is asking for care, protection, touch, presence, expression, rest, a boundary, grief, action, or to be seen, heard, known or felt.

That is the shift from understanding yourself to being in relationship with yourself, attuning to the wisdom of your soma.

And that is where self-trust, agency and aliveness begin to become lived experiences.

your soma has been listening, this is why somatic coaching matters.

Somatic coaching brings your whole bodymind into the conversation. Not just what you think, your mindset, or what you believe you should do next.

We don’t focus on the past as something you need to endlessly excavate or on “healing” your inner child and wounds. We do notice how the past is still showing up in the present moment, what your younger self and your patterns are communicating now, and what becomes possible when you meet them differently.

Including the parts you learned to hide, suppress or make smaller: your creativity, joy, playfulness, curiosity, sensuality, anger, desire.

We notice what is happening in the direct felt experience of the NOW: sensation, emotion, nervous system states, inner narratives and stories, posture, muscle bracing, movement, activation, impulse, protective patterns, younger parts, relationship stances, needs and longing.

Often the next step isn’t another insight. It’s that your soma needs enough space, support, time, permission or connection for something to be met, embodied, expressed, seen, felt, heard, received, held or known.

This is part of what I mean by somatic intelligence.

Your soma is not a passive machine waiting for your conscious mind to tell it what to do. It is a living, sensing, adapting, self-organizing system, constantly in relationship with you, others and the world around you.

I bring my own embodied presence, attunement, frameworks, questions, shadow reflections, somatic nervous-system-informed practices, invitations and a map. But I’m not going to pretend I know your territory better than you do.

You are the expert on your experience.

The work isn’t about becoming better at listening to me or learning the right way to do this. It’s about becoming more attuned to your embodied Self.

So instead of endlessly asking, “What should I do?” we begin exploring:

“What is true for me, and what wants to happen next?”

That’s where attunement becomes agency.

The Aliveness Alchemy Method

So what do we actually do with all of this?

Aliveness Alchemy is the framework that guides my integrative somatic coaching work.

It begins with a simple premise: activation is part of being alive. Life activates us through conflict, uncertainty, change, grief, desire, connection, disappointment, possibility, injustice, pleasure, and everything in between.

The goal isn’t to eliminate activation or become perfectly regulated. It’s to develop a deeper relationship with yourself when it happens, so you can listen, discern, express, choose, and participate in your life with more agency.

In my integrative approach, the soma is more than the physical body. It is your living bodymind: your sensations, muscles, fascia, emotions, nervous system, movements, posture, breath, relational patterns, protective parts, inner narratives and imagery, intuition, gut instinct, and longings.

Your soma is also relational, ancestral, and ecological. It is shaped by your individual history, but also by your family, culture, relationships, communities, systems, institutions, and the more-than-human world. Some patterns may have been learned across generations. Others are intelligent responses to what you are living through right now.

Not everything you feel is a wound, a trauma response, or something that needs to be healed. Often your soma is responding intelligently to the present moment, to something genuinely difficult, harmful, unjust, out of alignment, or just new and uncomfortable.

This is where Aliveness Alchemy comes in.

A framework for meeting what is here, listening for what it is communicating, how it wants to express and discovering what becomes possible when you have more choice in how you respond.

The four movements are interconnected, not linear. We move between them again and again, depending on what life and the direct felt experience thats emerging is asking of you.

Creating the conditions to come home to yourself.

Before we can deeply listen, there needs to be enough space, support, time,  presence, curiosity, care, and choice to actually be here.

Arrival isn’t about forcing yourself to relax or achieving the “right” nervous-system state. It’s about landing in the present moment and beginning to experience:

I can be here with myself.

Learning the language of your soma.

We slow down enough to notice what is happening within you: sensations, emotions, activation, impulses, protective patterns, inner narratives, movement, breath, relational stances, younger parts, and the places where you may have learned to override yourself.

Attunement isn’t hyper-awareness or endless analysis. It’s developing a relationship with what emerges and meeting it as it is. Listening before interpreting, not giving meaning to every single feeling but exploring and experiencing what emerges. Becoming curious about what belongs to the past, what belongs to the present, and what might be asking something of you now.

This is also where we can make room for the parts of you that may have been pushed outside the version of yourself you learned was acceptable: healthy aggression, sensuality, vulnerability, grief, pleasure, creativity, your “too muchness.”

Your soma isn’t the problem. It is the portal to getting to know yourself.

Reclaiming your capacity to choose, express, respond, protect, adapt, and participate.

Attunement isn’t about endlessly listening without acting. At some point, we get to ask:

What do I want to do with what I know, feel, and need?

Agency can look like saying no, asking for what you need, not explaining, taking up space, expressing anger, receiving support, allowing resting, moving your body, protecting what matters, or moving toward something you long for.

Agency isn’t control. And it isn’t becoming so regulated that nothing affects you.

It’s the growing capacity to stay connected to yourself while meeting life, including when things are messy, activating, uncertain, relationally chaotic, inconvenient, or really fucking real.

The question becomes:

What is true for me, what am I longing for and what really wants to happen next?

Becoming more fully yourself and moving toward a life that feels worth being alive for.

This is the north star.

The point isn’t simply to have better nervous-system skills. It’s to have more of you available for what matters most to you.

Aliveness is having more access to instinct, intuition, intention, creativity, pleasure, connection, meaning, purpose, and the deeper knowing Self beneath the roles, expectations, conditioning, and patterns that have shaped you.

Instinct. Intuition. Intention.

Aliveness isn’t constant happiness or feeling good all the time. It includes the full range of being human: anger, grief, pleasure, uncertainty, tenderness, power, joy, rest, movement, connection, solitude, creativity, longing, and purpose. It is your life force.

And ultimately:

What becomes possible when more of you is here?

A different kind of relationship. Creative expression. A boundary. Work that feels more like yours. A love you can actually receive. A longing you finally allow yourself to follow. A life that reflects your values.

Not because you have perfected yourself.

Because more of you is available to participate in this dance of life.

" I wasn't sure what I needed when I signed upbeat I'm walking away ready to conquer the world regardless of what is thrown at me I trust the wisdom of my body."

What may unfold

What unfolds in this work depends on your unique history, your capacity, and what your bodymind is ready for. There is no one-size-fits-all outcome.

But over time, you may begin to notice things like:

  • You catch yourself in an old pattern while it’s happening, rather than only understanding it afterward.

  • You have more space between an impulse and your response, giving you room to choose what feels true for you.

  • You become more able to feel what you feel without immediately needing to fix it, suppress it, explain it, or act on it.

  • You can recognize what your body is communicating and trust yourself to listen.

  • You become more comfortable expressing what you need, want, feel, and don’t want.

  • You set boundaries, say no, take up space, ask for what you need, and stay connected to yourself in relationship.

  • You have more room for anger, grief, pleasure, sexuality, creativity, tenderness, power, and other parts of yourself you may have learned to push away.

  • You can meet moments of activation with more curiosity and choice, rather than automatically overthinking, pleasing, pushing through, shutting down, or abandoning yourself.

  • You feel more at home in your body and more connected to your instinct, intuition, and inner compass.

  • You have more capacity for rest, receiving, play, pleasure, connection, creativity, and simply being here.

  • You begin making choices that reflect what actually matters to you, rather than only what keeps you safe, useful, successful, liked, or in control.

  • You feel more available for the life, relationships, work, creativity, intimacy, and experiences you actually long for.

And because capacity isn’t built only through learning to tolerate what’s difficult, we also practice experiencing what feels good.

Pleasure. Play. Curiosity. Creativity. Connection. Rest. Receiving. Sensuality. Awe.

These aren’t rewards for finally getting yourself together. They’re part of being alive.

The more your system has opportunities to experience safety, support, pleasure, expression, connection, and choice, the more room there can be for the full range of human experience. Not just more capacity for discomfort, but more capacity for aliveness itself.

Not because you fixed yourself.

You were never broken.

You began learning how to listen, feel, express, receive, choose, and be in relationship with the intelligence that was already there.

Your body was never the problem. It is the portal.

And it is in constant conversation with you.

Your body knows.

The practice is learning how to listen.

FAQ

fix?!

This work is experiential and body-led.

Together, we gently expand your capacity to feel, sense, express, and respond to what is true and needed for you, at a rhythm that honours your body.

Rather than analyzing yourself from a distance, we slow down and begin listening to what is happening within you in real time: your sensations, emotions, impulses, protective patterns, inner narratives, and innate wisdom.

This work invites a different relationship with yourself, one rooted in curiosity, compassion, and connection.

It can feel uncomfortable at times. Real change often happens at the edges of what is familiar. You may meet grief, anger, fear, uncertainty, or old patterns that no longer fit the life you’re creating.

And you’ll also meet pleasure, relief, clarity, creativity, and aliveness.

As your capacity expands, you may find yourself able to feel more without immediately avoiding, shutting down, or pushing through.

You can meet discomfort without making it the whole story, while also allowing pleasure, joy, creativity, and expansion to be fully felt and absorbed, not just understood.

Some people experience clear, tangible shifts. Others notice something quieter but equally profound: moving through life with more ease, self-trust, choice, and a deeper sense of being at home in themselves.

Not fixed.
Not bypassing.

More whole.
More fully you.

More alive.

This is not a space for managing yourself into perfection.
It is a space for coming into relationship with your body — not as something to control, fix, or improve, but as something intelligent, responsive, and deeply alive.
Your body is not another project. It is part of the relationship you are learning to come home to.This is not about fixing, optimizing, or forcing change.

There are no biohacks here. No pressure to reach a “better” state or become a “better” version of yourself.

We are not managing your nervous system. We are learning how to be in relationship with it.

We do not override the body. We listen to it.

We do not pathologize protective patterns. We understand them as intelligent adaptations shaped by your experiences, relationships, culture, and environment.

Your body has always been responding for a reason.

Together, we create the conditions where those patterns can be met with curiosity and care instead of judgment.

And if judgment shows up?

We get curious about that, too.

Sometimes what arises is familiar and easy to be with and name.

Sometimes we meet deeper layers — parts of yourself, emotions, sensations, or experiences that feel unfamiliar or uncomfortable because they have not yet had much space to be noticed, expressed, or met with care.

Both belong here.

We work with what is present in real time, supporting the conditions where you can soften, explore, express, and discover new possibilities for how you want to be in relationship with yourself and your life.

Not through force or fixing.

Through relationship.

Through presence.

Through embodied connection.

And through enough support, space, time, permission, and relationship for your bodymind to naturally reorganize toward greater coherence, capacity, and aliveness.

We don’t force the process. We create the conditions and listen for what emerges.

you are not broken.

THE RETURN

1:1 somatic coaching

It’s not about fixing yourself or forcing change. It’s about allowing and creating the conditions where something new can emerge.

The patterns you’re ready to shift — the anxiety, exhaustion, overthinking, perfectionism, people-pleasing, disconnection, or constant pushing — are not signs that something is wrong with you.

They are intelligent adaptations shaped by your lived experiences, your relationships, your ancestors, and the world you have had to navigate — and are still navigating.

Because the world is not neutral.

We are living through political unrest, ecological uncertainty, economic pressure, relentless urgency culture, misogyny, racism, inequality, and systems that continually ask us to perform, produce, adapt, consume, achieve, belong, and keep going.

Our bodies don’t experience these conditions as abstract ideas.

We live them.

In our relationships.
In our workplaces.
In our communities.
In our families.
In our bodies.

And sometimes what looks like a personal problem is also a completely understandable response to the world you’re living in.

Healing and embodied transformation is not just personal. It’s relational and collective.

Our bodies are shaped by the families, communities, cultures, systems, institutions, and environments we move through. The expectations and pressures to perform, belong, achieve, be acceptable, stay productive, stay small, or disconnect from ourselves do not come from nowhere.

Sometimes the body is responding to what is happening in the present.
Sometimes it is responding to what it learned in the past.
Sometimes it is carrying protective patterns shaped by both.

The work is not to judge these responses or override them.

It is to build a deeper relationship with them — to develop the embodied awareness and capacity to listen, feel, discern, express, and choose how you want to respond now.

And when we stop treating ourselves like endless self-improvement projects, something begins to shift.

There is more permission.

More allowing.

More softness and space to feel yourself.

More capacity to listen to your body instead of overriding it.

More access to pleasure, play, desire, truth, joy, boundaries, authentic expression, agency, and choice.

More capacity to be with your aliveness — not just when it feels comfortable, but when it asks something of you.

Not becoming someone new, but creating a deeper relationship with yourself — and with the parts of you that have been carrying so much and are ready to be met, heard, expressed, and included in the life you’re creating.

The Return is an invitation to come home to yourself.

We follow your body, not a protocol.

The Return is an integrative, trauma-informed, somatic approach to reconnecting with your body, your inner wisdom, and your aliveness.

At its core is a simple understanding:

You are not something to be fixed.

You are a living system — a Soma — a living, sensing bodymind organism continuously shaped by experience, relationship, biology, culture, environment, and time.

We do not work with the mind alone. We include it, while also inviting a deeper relationship with the body — the place where lived experience is sensed, digested, expressed, and integrated.

Many of the patterns we struggle with — anxiety, overthinking, numbness, self-abandonment, people-pleasing, shutdown, perfectionism, or hyper-independence — are not personal flaws.

They are intelligent adaptations.

Responses formed in relationship with life, shaped by the environments you’ve moved through and the ways you’ve learned to stay connected, belong, feel safe, or keep functioning.

And these environments are not only historical.

They are also present-day.

Our bodies are shaped by families, relationships, communities, cultures, systems, and the realities we live within. The pressure to perform, belong, achieve, be acceptable, stay productive, stay small, or disconnect from ourselves does not come from nowhere.

This includes ongoing stress, relational dynamics, cultural conditioning, overstimulation, inequality, oppression, instability, war, politics, and growing collective uncertainty.

This is why discernment matters in this work.

Not all activation belongs to the past.

Sometimes the body is responding to what is happening in the present.
Sometimes it is responding to what it learned in the past.
Sometimes it is carrying protective patterns shaped by both.

Sometimes something from the past is asking to be felt, understood, or integrated.

Sometimes the present moment is asking for boundaries, clarity, truth, response, change, or action.

So this work is not about using regulation to bypass or endure what is misaligned, unsafe, or unjust.

A “regulated” system is not one that becomes more comfortable with what harms us. It is one that remains in relationship with life, with enough capacity to listen, discern, and respond.

This work is about developing the capacity to stay connected to yourself while discerning what is yours to feel, what is yours to protect, what is yours to change, and what is not yours to carry.

From here, self-trust begins to return.

Not as an idea.

But as an embodied capacity.

We are not trying to override the nervous system or force regulation.

We are learning how to be in relationship with it.

This is a process of remembering that the Soma is not something to pathologize or control, but a source of intelligence, relationship, expression, and aliveness.

And from that place, choice and capacity expand.

Not only for your own embodied transformation, but for how you move through the world, relate to others, and participate in creating conditions that support life, dignity, and collective wellbeing for all living beings.

The Return is my integrative framework — a synthesis of somatic, relational, psychological, contemplative, and embodied approaches woven together through years of study, practice, teaching, and lived experience.

My approach is integrative by nature.

I draw from nervous system science, stress and trauma research, somatic psychology, relational frameworks, parts work, embodiment practices, contemplative wisdom traditions, therapeutic yoga, and expressive movement.

I do not work from a single fixed method, because you are not a fixed problem to be solved.

These are not techniques I apply mechanically. They are languages of perception that shape how I listen, track, and respond in real time.

Depending on what is present, this work may draw from:

  • Somatic Parts Work (IFS) and attachment-informed approaches
  • Polyvagal Theory and nervous system science
  • Somatic Experiencing, Hakomi, Focusing, and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy
  • Trauma-sensitive yoga and embodied movement practices
  • Body-Mind Centering and somatic stress approaches
  • Authentic movement, dance-based somatic practices, and expressive embodiment
  • Relational coaching and embodied dialogue
  • Creative somatic expression through voice, writing, imagery, and imagination
  • Indigenous-informed wisdom traditions and ritual-based awareness practices
  • Contemporary trauma research and embodied psychology

These fields are deeply shaped and informed by the work of teachers, researchers, and lineages such as:

Peter Levine, Stephen Porges, Deb Dana, Pat Ogden, Bessel van der Kolk, Gabor Maté, Dan Siegel, Janina Fisher

Dick Schwartz, Eugene Gendlin, Carl Jung, Frank Anderson, Sue Johnson

Bonnie Bainbridge Cohen

Ram Dass, Alan Watts, Jack Kornfield, Gabrielle Roth, Starhawk

Staci Haines, Kai Cheng Thom, Nkem Ndefo, Resmaa Menakem

My approach is also shaped by years of embodied practice through trauma-sensitive yoga, meditation, consciousness exploration, therapeutic movement, ritual, embodied dance, facilitating groups and individuals, educating, and my own lived experience of returning to the body over the last 20 years.

These influences are not applied as fixed systems or doctrines.

They live in the background of the work — shaping how I listen, how I track what is happening in the body, how I pace, how I attune, and how I stay in relationship with what is unfolding.

You do not need to know or engage with any of these.

They simply inform how I perceive, support, and respond to your unique experience in the moment.

This is not a protocol-based approach.

It is an attunement-led, body-first practice that follows the intelligence of the Soma as it unfolds.

a final note

At the core of this work is a simple truth:

You are the expert of your own lived experience.

Your body is not separate from your knowing. It is a living, intelligent system carrying sensation, memory, adaptation, meaning, desire, and possibility.

My role is not to fix, diagnose, or define you.

It is to create a relational space where you can reconnect with your own embodied intelligence and develop a deeper relationship with yourself.

Ethical somatic coaching, in my practice, means:

• moving at a pace that honours your body and capacity

• working with consent, choice, and ongoing attunement

• supporting autonomy rather than dependence

• following what is alive in your experience rather than imposing direction

• holding awareness of the relational field between us

• trusting your capacity for meaning-making, self-awareness, and self-organization

I believe in your capacity to feel, sense, express, choose, and reconnect with your aliveness.

Sometimes that capacity becomes obscured by societal pressures and conditioning, ongoing stress, interrupted survival responses, or protective patterns that once helped you adapt.

In this work, we do not override these parts of you.

We create the conditions where something new can become possible — from within you, in your own timing.

Not through force.

Through relationship.

Through connection.

Through coming home to yourself.

And I want to acknowledge you for even being here.

It takes courage to turn toward yourself in this way.

To slow down in a world that rewards speeding up, overriding, and self-abandonment disguised as strength.

And yet here you are.

Choosing curiosity.

Choosing a deeper relationship with yourself.

Choosing to listen.

That is a courageous act of self-love.

I honour your willingness to meet your inner world, your complexity, your depth, and the wholeness of who you are.

To begin remembering who the fuck you really are.

Not a fixed version.

Not a perfected version.

The whole, alive, beautifully human you.

Whenever you’re ready, I’ll be here to walk alongside you.

xoxo,
Olga

you and all parts of you are welcome here.
