your body knows.

Arrive in your body. Meet what is here. Move toward more aliveness—together.

Centered in Chaos is a monthly somatic movement ritual for women and femmes who are tired of carrying everything alone—and longing to feel less overwhelmed, anxious, or disconnected, and more at home in their body, voice, choice, and Self trust.

Through meeting what arises, embodied movement, nervous system support and being held in community, you’ll have more space to listen to what your body is asking for, move with what feels stuck, release stress naturally and remember that you can stay centered AND be in this chaotic dance of life.

Being centered does not mean being calm. It means having more capacity to feel what is here, move with the activation without abandoning yourself, and be more fully alive, more fully human, more fully you.

the next Centered in Chaos will be on October 31st at 5pm CEST, 11am EST, 8am PST,

if your body is already whispering YES, you can join here.

shapeshifting and unmasking: Halloween special

Clara's experience

explore a 20min mini practice!

this may be for you if...

  • You have been carrying a lot of pressure and feel anxious, overwhelmed, powerless, exhausted, numb, disconnected, or overwhelmed with personal life or the increasing collective global chaos and poly-crisis.

  • You are tired of pushing through, overthinking, performing, overriding, understanding, or holding it all together.

  • You long to feel more at home in your body—and less at war with what you feel.

  • You notice yourself shrinking, self-silencing, people-pleasing, bracing, losing touch with what you need or other patterns but cant seem to change them.

  • You want a space where you can move, feel, express, release stress naturally and be a human being without having to understand the story or make meaning of it all first.

  • You are craving more connection: with yourself, with other women and femmes, with the more than human world that is larger than the urgency of the modern hyper individualistic world.

  • You want to remember your voice, your choice, your gut instinct, your pleasure, your souls purpose, and more capacity to experience your full aliveness.

You are not broken. You adapted.

We live in conditions that ask more of our bodies than they were ever meant to hold alone: urgency, productivity, uncertainty, isolation, overstimulation, grief, injustice, violence, systemic oppression, war, genocide, climate collapse, poly-crisis, and the relentless pressure to keep going and optimizing.

Sometimes our bodies are responding to what happened in the past. Sometimes they are responding accurately to what is happening now. Often, they are responding to both.

And our patterns do not come only from obvious trauma. From our earliest years, we learn about ourselves through relationship. When we are met with enough presence, care, response, and room to be who we are, we learn to stay connected to what we feel and need.

But many of us were misattuned to in ways large and small. Our caregivers may have been busy, overwhelmed, unsupported, frightened, shaped by their own histories, or doing the best they could within difficult systems. We may have learned that being good, quiet, useful, small, self-sufficient, agreeable, or invisible helped us belong, be loved, or stay safe.

These adaptations can become the ways we leave ourselves: overriding our instincts, hiding parts of ourselves, silencing our truth, disconnecting from our needs, or armouring around pain, shame, fear, and longing.

Your body is not betraying you when it freezes, buzzes, collapses, numbs, avoids, or protests. It is communicating. It is responding. And it may be asking for something different than more fixing, controlling, or optimisation. This is somatic intelligence and how our soma, the living organism of bodymindspirit, is constantly communicating. Many of us were socialised to not trust it or listen, instead we started to turn for the answers externally.

this is why we gather.

Before we had words, our primal language was sensation, movement, rhythm and relationship. Developmentally this is how our sense of Self started to form in the womb, before we had rational thought, language or meaning. Here we work with meeting and expressing the body story and coming back into relationship with ourselves.

Inside Centered in Chaos, we practise meeting what is here with curiosity, choice, and care. Through movement, voice, rhythym, expression, repetition, and shared felt experiential ritual, we create space for what has been held to be felt, what has been silenced to have a voice, and what has gone numb to be gently invited back into contact.

This is not about performing healing, choreography, fixing, or forcing a release.

It is about remembering that your body carries intelligence. That you can listen to it. That you can respond. That you can feel anger without being consumed by it, grief without being swallowed by it, activation without abandoning yourself.

And we do not do it alone.

Humans have always moved, grieved, celebrated, rested, witnessed one another, and made meaning in community. When we gather with presence and intention, we remember that we belong—to ourselves, to one another, and to the more-than-human world.

The world may be chaotic. But you can keep returning: to your body, your needs, your agency, your aliveness, and what you most care about and what you long to move towards.

the aliveness alchemy method

what do we actually do with all of this?

Aliveness Alchemy is my integrative approach to embodiment, weaving together soma yoga, somatic movement and psychology, nervous-system science, shadow work, and a systems-aware lens.

It’s more than physical yoga, dance, or nervous-system “regulation.” It isn’t about perfecting poses, forcing yourself to calm down, or fixing anything. It’s an invitation to come home to your living, sensing bodymind, develop a deeper relationship with your Self in the present moment, and discover what wants to happen next.

Through guided and organic movement, breath, sound, sensation awareness, expression, somatic imagination, relationality, and ritual, we explore what is actually happening within us: what we feel, what we protect, what we need, what we long for, and what we were taught to hide, hold, or override. We invite it to emerge so we can be with it and move with it.

Your soma is more than your physical body. It’s your living bodymind: sensation, emotion, nervous-system states, movement, posture, breath, relational patterns, protective parts, inner narratives, intuition, and longing. And it’s shaped by more than individual history: by family, ancestors, relationships, culture, systems, institutions, and the more-than-human world.

Not everything you feel is an old wound or something that needs to be healed. Sometimes your bodymind is responding to what you learned then; sometimes to what is happening now; sometimes to both. The four movements are interconnected, not linear. We move between them depending on what life and our direct felt experience are asking of us.

ARRIVE → ATTUNE → AGENCY → ALIVENESS

Creating the conditions to come home to yourself.

Before we can deeply listen, there needs to be enough space, support, time, presence, curiosity, care, and choice to actually be here.

Arrival isn’t about forcing yourself to relax or achieving the “right” nervous-system state. It’s about landing in the present moment and beginning to experience:

I can be here with myself.

Sometimes this begins with a subtle shift: from observing and thinking about having a body to being here as a sensing, feeling, living body. We can notice the difference between telling your body what to do and allowing yourself to sense what is already happening—a breath, a movement impulse, a need for stillness. Neither is right or wrong. We’re making room for presence, choice, and what wants to emerge.

Learning the language of your soma.

Attunement begins in relationship. As infants, we depend on others to notice and respond to our signals; those repeated experiences help shape how we relate to our feelings, needs, and connection. When attunement is missing or inconsistent, we adapt in intelligent ways to stay safe, connected, and cared for. The good news is that we can begin learning to attune to ourselves now—and, in supportive relationships, experience something different.

We slow down enough to notice what is happening within us: sensation, emotion, activation, breath, movement, impulse, inner rhythms, protective patterns, younger parts, and the places where we may have learned to override ourselves.

Attunement isn’t hyper-awareness or endless analysis. It’s developing a relationship with what emerges: listening before interpreting, not giving meaning to every feeling, and becoming curious about what belongs to the past, what belongs to the present, and what might be asking something of us now.

This is also where we can make room for the parts of ourselves we learned to hide, suppress, or make smaller: healthy aggression, sensuality, vulnerability, grief, pleasure, creativity, our “too muchness.”

Your soma isn’t the problem. It’s the portal to getting to know yourself.

Reclaiming your capacity to act, choose, express, respond, protect, adapt, and participate.

Attunement isn’t about endlessly listening without acting. At some point, we get to ask:

What do I want to do with what I know, feel, and need?

Agency is your birthright—and also something many of us have been taught to give away or look for outside ourselves. It might mean setting a boundary, expressing anger, resting, receiving, taking up space, moving toward what matters, or deciding what we are no longer willing to participate in.

Agency isn’t control. It isn’t becoming so regulated that nothing affects you. It’s the growing capacity to stay connected to yourself while meeting life, including when things are messy, activating, uncertain, relationally chaotic, inconvenient, or really fucking real.

Unlearning what you had to become to belong—and making room for what wants to live.

Some of the patterns our bodyminds learned helped us stay safe, belong, and get through what we were living. Some were shaped by our families and ancestors; others by the conditions we live in now. But some patterns no longer serve us now.

Imagine how much energy we spend hiding, suppressing, and holding parts of ourselves in. What might become possible if we could free up some of that energy and turn it outward—toward our dreams, our creativity, and the lives we long for?

The civilization we live in often tells us to ignore what we feel, silence our needs, and override body intelligence as if it were primitive. A body that’s switched on and buzzing may be called anxious, when part of what it needs is room to move, feel, breathe, sound, or respond. Insight matters, but insight alone isn’t always enough. Our primal language is movement and sensation.

Our ancestors had the technology of ritual: they sang, danced, told stories, cried, and sounded together. This modern, technological, post-capitalist, patriarchal world often has us sitting alone with our doom-scroll rectangles, jaws clenched, minds racing, bodies bracing.

You were meant to move, feel, sound, breathe, move toward others, and participate in the natural world: the sky, the ground, the river, the spider, the mycelium web. We don’t have to hold it all together. Sometimes what needs to happen is the undoing, the falling apart, the well of tears—and maybe even inherited, collective grief and rage.

Aliveness isn’t constant happiness or perfect regulation. It’s having more of ourselves available for the full range of life: grief and pleasure, anger and tenderness, activation and rest, creativity, connection, power, play, and longing.

What might become possible if more of us could bring our full aliveness into the world we’re making together?

What we create. What we protect. What we refuse. How we care for one another and the living world we’re part of.

Sometimes we need movement. Sometimes stillness, touch, expression, rest, connection, or simply staying with what is here. The practice is learning to listen, discern, experience, explore, and choose.

organic rest and regeneration

the centered in chaos manifesto

this is not a space for becoming someone new.

It is a space for remembering what has always been here, beneath the ways you adapted to stay safe, be loved, and belong.

Your capacity to feel.
To move.
To choose.
To connect.
To experience pleasure and play.
To be in your body without abandoning yourself.
To remember who the fuck you really are.

This remembering does not have to happen in isolation. It can unfold in relationship, through breath, movement, expression, and the felt sense of being met, seen, known, felt in supportive presence of community.

Come as you are.
Move as you are.

No experience necessary.

Nothing to perform.
Nothing to fix.
Nothing to earn.

Just a body remembering itself, and its natural capacity for connection, expression, regulation, choice, joy, trust, and aliveness.

for yourself, for who and what matters most to you, for the land, the more than human world and for the collective change you dream to see in the world with justice, peace and freedom for all.

Cześć, jestem Olga, twoja facylitatorka.

I’m a somatic coach, practitioner, and therapeutic yoga facilitator (500 RYT, TCTSY-F), and I guide embodied experiences that help you reconnect with your body, your nervous system, and your innate aliveness. My offerings are inclusive, trauma-informed, and accessible for all bodies, abilities, and identities – no prior experience is necessary.

During our sessions, we explore the felt sense of your body—moving, breathing, sensing, playing, and discovering what feels good. You’ll build nervous system capacity, release stress and tension naturally, and cultivate presence, agency, and self-authority. This is about listening to your body, noticing what it knows, and practicing returning to yourself—again and again. The medicine is in you.

This work is educational and experiential, informed by somatic, relational, and ancestral spiritual wisdom traditions that long predate modern Western medical models. It honors your body’s innate intelligence, life-affirming direction, and capacity to heal in supportive conditions.

I am not a licensed medical professional, psychotherapist, or physician. Nothing shared in this space is intended to diagnose, treat, or replace the care of a qualified healthcare provider. If you have specific health or mental health concerns, please consult a licensed professional who knows your history and needs.

Will Centered in Chaos be available after the live session? Asking from the other side of the world!

    • Hi Amelia! At this time I’m only doing live sessions. There’s just something powerful about live group energy, it’s not the same as a recording ;( Where in the world are you? I will try to think of something in the future! Sending virtual hugs 🤗
