The Return:A body-led space for returning to yourself.
A 1:1 somatic coaching space for the woman who has read the books, understands her patterns, has gathered the insight, tools, and awareness... and still finds herself living in constant doing and survival.
Your body still braces. You keep overriding yourself. You hold back parts of who you are. You lose touch with what you want. You keep waiting for permission to fully arrive.
You don't need to fix yourself into wholeness. You're ready to move beyond survival and return to your aliveness. The part of you that trusts herself. Takes up space. Feels deeply. Desires boldly. Lives fully in her body
what this is
The Return is a space for the woman who already knows.
She knows her story.
She understands her patterns.
She's done the work.
But her body is still living as though survival is running the show.
This isn't another place to analyze yourself.
The Return is a space to reconnect with the wisdom of your body.
To meet your protective adaptations with curiosity and care.
To expand your capacity for feeling, self-trust, joy, agency, and choice.
Not to become a better version of yourself, but to create more space for who you already are and return to the woman who gets to be fully alive in this dance of life.
I’m so glad you’re here. You and all parts of you are welcome. If something in you is feeling a soft “yes”… this is your invitation to listen inward, let that feeling guide your decision, and book your free somatic connection call.
30 minutes. no pressure. just embodied clarity.
the missing piece
Do you ever feel like you understand yourself deeply… but still find yourself living out patterns that you feel like you've outgrown?
You can name them.
You can explain them.
You can see them clearly.
And still… something takes over before you can choose differently.
The overthinking.
The self-silencing.
The pressure to hold it all together.
The shape-shifting, people-pleasing, perfecting and second-guessing.
The feeling of being disconnected from your own feelings needs, desires, and inner knowing.
You’ve likely already done a lot of work.
Therapy. Self-development. Spiritual practices. Reflection. Healing modalities.
You understand yourself in ways you never did before.
And maybe you’ve wondered:
“If I understand myself this deeply… why does it still feel this hard to fully be myself?”
I’m here to tell you, you are NOT broken.
The things is much of what shapes how we feel, think, behave, relate, and move through the world lives beyond conscious thought.
It lives deep in your nervous system, your bodymind’s conditioned tendencies, your protective adaptations, all the ways you learned to stay connected, loved, successful, or safe.
These patterns don’t shift through insight alone.
They begin to transform through new felt experiences in the body.
Through embodied presence.
Through movement.
Through sensing and feeling.
Through creating enough space, time, and support for what has been held to naturally start to soften, resolve, and reorganize.
This is where the work moves from understanding yourself… to experiencing yourself differently.
From knowing what is happening… to creating a new relationship with yourself.
The Return is a space to reconnect with the wisdom of your body, meet your protective adaptations with curiosity and care, and expand your capacity for self-trust, agency, joy, desire, and aliveness.
What may unfold through this work
What unfolds in this work depends on your unique history, your capacity, and what your system is ready for. There is no one-size-fits-all outcome.
And still, many women experience some version of:
• feeling more at home in their body and connected to their own inner knowing, instinct and intuition.
• a deeper relationship with their emotions, sensations, needs, and desires
• less self-abandonment, over-regulating, and shape-shifting to belong, be loved or feel safe.
• more capacity for pleasure, rest, play, creativity, joy, awe and aliveness
• greater ability to listen to the wisdom of the nervous system and trust what you feel
• flexible boundaries and authentic self-expression that come from connection rather than fear
• more resilience and flexibility when life feels challenging
• less overwhelm and reactivity, with more space between what you feel and how you respond
• a greater capacity to stay present with yourself through both discomfort and excitement
• more agency, self-trust, and embodied choice + voice
• the freedom to move through life with less bracing and urgency, and more flow and expansiveness
Not because you fixed yourself – you were never broken – but because you started to learn how to listen, feel, express, and be in relationship with the intelligence that was already there.
Your body was never the problem.
It is the portal and it is in constant communication with you. Your body knows.
how we work together ( in real time)
This work is experiential and body-led.
Together, we gently expand your capacity to feel, sense, express, and respond to what is true and needed for you — at a rhythm your nervous system can trust.
Rather than analyzing yourself from a distance, we slow down and begin listening to what is happening within you in real time: your sensations, emotions, impulses, protective patterns, inner narratives, and innate wisdom.
This work invites a different relationship with yourself — one rooted in curiosity, compassion, and connection.
It can feel uncomfortable at times. Real change often happens at the edges of what is familiar. You may meet grief, anger, fear, or long-held tension as old patterns begin to soften and reorganize.
And you’ll also meet pleasure, relief, clarity, creativity, and aliveness.
As your capacity expands, things that once felt overwhelming can become more easy to be with. You can feel more without avoiding, shutting down or pushing through. You can meet the discomfort while at the same time allowing the expansive ones to truly be absorbed, not just understood.
Some people experience clear, tangible shifts. Others notice something quieter but equally profound: moving through life with more ease, self-trust, choice, and a deeper sense of being at home in themselves.
Not fixed.
Not bypassing.
More whole.
More fully you.
More alive.
This is not a space for managing yourself into perfection. It is a space for coming into relationship with your body — not as something to control, fix, or improve, but as something intelligent, responsive, and deeply alive.
Each session is alive and responsive to what is present, and at the same time it often moves through a natural rhythm:
Arriving
We slow down, land, and orient to the present moment. We begin by noticing what is most alive, allowing the body to become part of the conversation.
Sensing what is present
Together, we explore what your system is communicating through sensations, emotions, narratives, movement impulses, breath, imagery, posture, or shifts in state.
Following what emerges
We gently follow what wants to be seen, heard and felt with curiosity and care. This may include protective patterns, emotions, memories, younger parts, desires, or places where your body learned to adapt.
Expression + resolution
When your system is ready, we may support the movement and resolution of held stress activation through different integrative mindbody techniques such as embodied movement, inner dialogue, somatic imagination, creative expression, voice, self touch, and more.
This is not about forcing release.
It is about creating the conditions where your body can complete what has been held and move toward greater freedom, connection, and choice.
Integration
We allow time for what emerges to settle and become integrated by the nervous system. Sometimes this includes reflection, embodiment practices, or simple invitations to practice bringing presence and embodying new ways of being into daily life through "home-play".
Moving toward what matters
From this deeper connection with yourself, we explore what becomes possible: clearer boundaries, authentic expression, desires, choices, relationships, a life that feels more aligned and flowing towards what matters most to you.
This is not about fixing, optimizing, or forcing change.
There are no biohacks here. No pressure to reach a "better" state or "better" self.
We are not managing your nervous system. We are learning how to be in relationship with it.
We do not override the body. We listen to it.
We do not pathologize protective patterns. We understand them as intelligent adaptations shaped by your experiences, relationships, culture, and environment.
Your body has always been responding for a reason.
Together, we create the conditions where those patterns can be met with curiosity and care instead of judgment ( and if judgement comes u we say hello to it too lol ) and where new possibilities can begin to be felt and emerge.
Sometimes what arises is familiar and easy to be with and name.
Sometimes we meet deeper layers — parts of yourself, emotions, sensations, or experiences that feel unfamiliar and uncomfortable because they have not yet had space or support to be fully met and integrated.
Both belong here.
We work with what is present in real time, supporting the conditions where your system can naturally soften, reorganize, and move in life affirming ways toward greater coherence and capacity.
Not through force or fixing.
Through relationship.
Through presence.
Through embodied connection.
When there is enough support, space, time, permission, and relationship, the body has an incredible capacity to move toward healing, embodied transformation, and greater aliveness.
love notes!
you are not broken.
THE RETURN
1:1 somatic coaching
It’s not about fixing yourself or forcing change. It’s about allowing and creating the conditions where something new can emerge.
The patterns you’re ready to shift — the anxiety, exhaustion, overthinking, perfectionism, people-pleasing, disconnection, or constant pushing — are not signs that something is wrong with you.
They are intelligent adaptations shaped by your lived experiences( and those of your ancestors), your relationships, and the world you have had to navigate – and are still navigating.
healing is not just personal, it’s relational and collective,
Our bodies are shaped by the families, communities, cultures, systems, institutions, and environments we move through. The expectations and pressure to perform, belong, achieve, be acceptable, stay productive, stay small, or disconnect from ourselves does not come from nowhere and are often interwoven with our nervous systems priority: to survive.
Sometimes the body is responding to what is happening in the present.
Sometimes it is responding to what it learned in the past.
Sometimes it is carrying protective patterns shaped by both.
The work is not to judge these responses or override them.
It is to build a deeper relationship with them — to develop the embodied awareness and capacity to listen, feel, discern, and choose how you want to respond and express now.
And when we stop treating ourselves like endless self-improvement. projects, something begins to shift.
There is more permission, more allowing more softness and space to feel yourself.
More capacity to listen to your body instead of overriding it.
More access to pleasure, play, desire, truth, joy ,boundaries, authentic expression, agency, and choice.
not becoming someone new but creating a deeper relationship with yourself — and with the parts of you that have been carrying so much and waiting to be finally met, seen, held, and expressed.
The Return is an invitation to come home to yourself.
if something in you is feeling seen and whispering "hey, that's me" it may be your sign to get curious about somatic coaching and apply today.
love notes!
We follow your body, not a protocol.
The Return is an integrative, trauma-informed, somatic approach to reconnecting with your body, your inner wisdom, and your aliveness.
At its core is a simple understanding:
You are not something to be fixed.
You are a living system — a Soma — a living, sensing bodymind organism continuously shaped by experience, relationship, biology, culture, environment, and time.
We do not work with the mind alone. We include it, while also inviting a deeper relationship with the body — the place where lived experience is sensed, digested, expressed, and integrated.
Many of the patterns we struggle with — anxiety, overthinking, numbness, self-abandonment, people-pleasing, shutdown, perfectionism, or hyper-independence — are not personal flaws.
They are intelligent adaptations.
Responses formed in relationship with life, designed to help you stay connected, belonging, safe, or functioning within the environments you have moved through.
And these environments are not only historical.
They are also present-day.
Our bodies are shaped by families, relationships, communities, cultures, systems, and the realities we live within. The pressure to perform, belong, achieve, be acceptable, stay productive, stay small, or disconnect from ourselves does not come from nowhere.
This includes ongoing stress, relational dynamics, cultural conditioning, systemic pressures, over-stimulation, inequality, oppression, instability, war, politics, and growing collective uncertainty.
This is why discernment matters in this work.
Not all activation belongs to the past.
Sometimes the body is responding to what is happening in the present.
Sometimes it is responding to what it learned in the past.
Sometimes it is carrying protective patterns shaped by both.
Some of it is past experience asking for completion and integration.
Some of it is present-day reality asking for boundaries, clarity, truth, response, change or action.
So this work is not about using regulation to bypass and endure what is misaligned, unsafe, or unjust.
A “regulated” system is one that is in connection with life, not one that’s becoming more comfortable with what harms us.
It is about developing the capacity to stay connected to yourself while discerning what is yours to process, what is yours to protect, and what is not yours to hold that’s asking to shed, met with action, choice, or change.
From here, self-trust begins to return.
Not as an idea.
But as an embodied capacity.
We are not trying to override the nervous system or force regulation.
We are learning how to be in relationship with it.
This is a process of remembering that the Soma is not something to pathologize or control, but a source of intelligence, relationship, and aliveness.
And from that place, choice and capacity expands.
Not only for personal healing — but for how we move in the world, relate to others, and participate in creating conditions that support life, dignity, and collective well-being for all living beings.
The Return is my integrative framework — a synthesis of somatic, relational, psychological, contemplative, and embodied approaches woven together through years of study, practice, teaching, and lived experience.
It brings together nervous system neurobiology, stress and trauma research, trauma-informed mindbody approaches, somatic psychology, relational frameworks, shadow work, somatic parts work, embodiment practices, and contemplative wisdom traditions.
My approach is integrative by nature.
I do not work from a single fixed method, because the nervous system does not live in silos.
These are not techniques I apply mechanically. They are languages of perception that shape how I listen, track, and respond in real time.
Depending on what is present, this work may draw from:
- Somatic Parts Work (IFS) and attachment-informed approaches
- Polyvagal Theory and nervous system science
- Somatic Experiencing, Hakomi, Focusing, and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy
- Trauma-sensitive yoga and embodied movement practices
- Body-Mind Centering and Somatic Stress Release
- Authentic movement, dance-based somatic practices, and expressive embodiment
- Relational coaching and embodied dialogue
- Creative somatic expression through voice, writing, imagery, and imagination
- Indigenous-informed wisdom traditions and ritual-based awareness practices
- Contemporary trauma research and embodied psychology
These fields are deeply shaped and informed by the work of teachers, researchers, and lineages such as:
Peter Levine, Stephen Porges, Deb Dana, Pat Ogden, Bessel van der Kolk, Gabor Maté, Dan Siegel, Janina Fisher
Dick Schwartz, Eugene Gendlin, Carl Jung, Frank Anderson, Sue Johnson
Bonnie Bainbridge Cohen
Ram Dass, Alan Watts, Jack Kornfield, Gabrielle Roth, Starhawk
Staci Haines, Kai Cheng Thom, Nkem Ndefo, Resmaa Menakem
My approach is also shaped by years of embodied practice through trauma sensitive yoga, meditation, conciousness exploration, somatic healing, therapeutic movement, ritual, embodied dance, facilitating groups + individuals, educating, and my own lived experience of returning to the body over the last 20 years.
These influences are not applied as fixed systems or doctrines.
They live in the background of the work — shaping how I listen, how I track nervous system states, how I pace, how I attune, and how I stay in relationship with what is unfolding.
You do not need to know or engage with any of these.
They simply inform how I perceive, support, and respond to your unique system in the moment.
This is not a protocol-based approach.
It is an attunement-led, body-first practice that follows the intelligence of the Soma as it unfolds.

a final note
At the core of this work is a simple truth:
You are the expert of your own lived experience.
Your body is not separate from your knowing — it is a living, intelligent system carrying sensation, memory, adaptation, and meaning.
My role is not to fix, diagnose, or define you.
It is to support a relational space where you can reconnect with your own embodied intelligence.
Ethical somatic coaching, in my practice, means:
• moving at a pace your system can actually integrate
• working with consent, choice, and ongoing attunement
• supporting autonomy rather than dependence
• following what is alive in your system rather than imposing direction
• holding awareness of the relational field between us
• trusting your body’s capacity for meaning-making and self-organization
I believe in your capacity to feel, sense, and reconnect with your aliveness.
Sometimes that capacity becomes obscured by societal pressures and conditioning, ongoing stress, interrupted survival responses, or protective patterns that once helped you adapt.
In this work, we do not override these parts of you.
We create the conditions where something new can become possible — from within your own system, in its own timing.
Not through force.
Through relationship.
Through connection.
Through coming home to yourself.
And I want to acknowledge you for even being here.
It takes courage to turn toward yourself in this way.
To slow down in a world that rewards speeding up, overriding, and self-abandonment disguised as strength.
And yet here you are.
Choosing curiosity.
Choosing a deeper relationship with yourself.
Choosing to listen.
That is a courageous act of self-love.
I honor your willingness to meet your inner world, your complexity, your depth, and the wholeness of who you are.
To begin remembering who the fuck you really are.
Not a fixed version.
Not a perfected version.
The whole, alive, beautifully human you.
Whenever you’re ready, I’ll be here to walk alongside you.
xoxo,
Olga
you belong here.
