I’m a trauma-trained somatic and nervous system coach, therapeutic yoga facilitator, and embodiment practitioner.
For over a decade, I’ve worked in the healing arts exploring the relationship between the body, the neurobiology of stress, and embodied transformation. My work weaves together somatic education, nervous system science, trauma-informed therapeutic yoga, intuitive movement, and integrative somatic coaching to support people in helping people reclaim their body and its inner wisdom. I support people who feel stuck in patterns of chronic stress, old survival patterns, and conditioned habits to feel safer in their bodies, rebuild a relationship with their nervous system and move toward greater aliveness, pleasure, self-authority, and to remember their wholeness. My approach is holistic and integrative. Alongside somatic (body-led ) practices and therapeutic yoga and movement, I incorporate cognitive coaching, parts work, shadow work exploration, creative expression, and spiritual inquiry.
Because real transformation rarely happens through one modality alone. It happens when the body, mind, and inner world are invited into relationship.
I’m also the creator of Soma Yoga, an integrative, trauma-informed movement practice rooted in somatic awareness, therapeutic yoga, and nervous system science. The practice is influenced by my training as a facilitator of Trauma Center Trauma-Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY), an evidence-based approach designed to support people impacted by stress and trauma. I’m the creator of Centered in Chaos, a global somatic ritual space where people gather to move, feel, and reclaim with their bodies as a source of wisdom, safety, and regulation – even amidst the external chaos of the world.
In my deeper 1:1 work with women, I guide clients through an intimate process of embodied transformation inside my program The Return, supporting them to reclaim their bodies, reconnect with their instincts, and remember who they are beneath years of conditioning and survival patterns. My work is grounded in trauma-informed practice and nervous system science, drawing from trainings in trauma-informed somatic coaching, complex trauma, attachment theory, polyvagal theory, Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic stress release, and more.
But this work is not just professional. It’s personal.
For many years I lived disconnected from myself while navigating the impact of complex trauma, addiction, and chronic health challenges. I spent years trying to override my body in the name of healing, pushing harder, doing more, searching for the next answer. Real change began when I stopped trying to fix myself and started learning the language of my body.
What I discovered is that our sensations, symptoms, and emotional patterns are not enemies to silence. They are intelligent signals asking for attention, care, and relationship.Through curiosity, compassion, and embodied practice, small shifts can create profound change. Because no matter where you are on your journey, you are not broken.
Your nervous system adapted for a reason.
Your story makes sense.
And when the body feels safe enough, it remembers.
How to soften.
How to feel.
How to come alive again.
And maybe even remember who the fuck you really are.
