your body is intelligent.
it's not the problem, it's the portal.

Beneath chronic stress, old survival patterns, and conditioned habits, your body holds an incredible capacity for returning to balance, healing, and embodied transformation.

When the nervous system has enough safety, support, permission, and presence, guarding patterns soften. The more we inhabit the body, slow down, listen, feel, and allow, something powerful happens.

We remember who we really are.

The answers you’ve been searching for have been within you all along.

I’m so glad that you are here

This I said to myself Bish how much could that little body of yours handle, you were really strong and now you know you're strong, so just let that pain come as she wants, no matter if anger, cry, scream, or moving, just let her <3 and this acceptance I experienced for the first time in the call with You dear. Thank You for this life lasting advice and new way of being love <3

I feel like now my actions are more in line with what I actually think and believe in, not what l’ve been conditioned to do. Olga always made sure I was comfortable and on board with the direction we were going in sessions. I wasn’t exactly sure what I needed when I signed up but l am walking away feeling ready to conquer life and regardless of what is thrown at me l trust the wisdom of my body to carry me through.
Thank you Olga for your amazing support and guiding me through all the emotions that needed to move! With little bit of a distance from our Tuesday session I wanted to share with you how much it has helped me to see and allow myself to experience emotions that are coming up, in a different way. To be able to sit with them in ease and calm, having my resources always with me. I have had craniosacral session today which was both very painful and beautiful at the same time. Afterwards that was the moment when I realized all the insights and wisdom that we were sharing on Tuesday. Thank you for holding the space for me and gently leading me through.

Hi, I'm Olga!

i

’m a trauma-trained somatic and nervous system coach, therapeutic yoga facilitator, and embodiment practitioner.

For over a decade, I’ve worked in the embodied healing arts exploring the relationship between the bodymind, the neurobiology of stress, and embodied transformation.

My work weaves together somatic education, nervous system science, trauma-informed therapeutic yoga, intuitive movement, and integrative somatic coaching to support people in reclaiming their bodies and reconnecting with their inner wisdom.

I work with people who feel stuck in chronic stress, survival patterns, or conditioned ways of being—supporting them to feel safer in their bodies and move toward greater aliveness, pleasure, self-authority, and remembering their wholeness.

Because many of the responses we’ve been taught to see as dysfunction are, in reality, intelligent adaptations to systems, cultures, and a fast-paced modern life that hasn’t been designed for nervous system support.

What we often call dysregulation is the body responding exactly as it needed to in order to stay safe or maintain connection—two core human needs.

My approach is holistic, trauma-informed, and integrative. Alongside body-led practices and movement, I incorporate cognitive coaching, parts work, shadow exploration, creative expression, and spiritual inquiry.

Because real transformation rarely happens through one modality alone.

It happens when the body, mind, and inner world are brought back into relationship.

I’m also the creator of Soma Yoga, an integrative, embodied movement practice rooted in somatic awareness, therapeutic yoga, and nervous system science. The work is influenced by my training as a facilitator of Trauma Center Trauma-Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY), an evidence-based approach supporting people impacted by stress and complex trauma.

I’m the creator of Centered in Chaos, a global somatic ritual space where people gather to move, feel, and rebuild a relationship with their body as a source of wisdom, pleasure, safety, and agency—even amidst the chaos happening on the planet.

In my deeper 1:1 work, I guide women through an intimate process of embodied transformation inside my program The Return, supporting them to reconnect with their instincts, reclaim their bodies, and remember who they are beneath years of conditioning, chronic stress, and survival patterns.

My work is grounded in somatic coaching, nervous system science, and indigenous wisdom, and informed by trainings in complex trauma, attachment theory, polyvagal theory, somatic Internal Family Systems (IFS), Hakomi, somatic stress release, and more.

But this work isn’t just professional.

It’s personal.

For many years, I lived disconnected from myself while navigating the impact of complex trauma, addiction, and chronic health challenges. I spent years trying to override my body in the name of healing—pushing harder, doing more, searching for the next answer.

Real change began when I stopped trying to fix myself and started learning the language of my body.

What I discovered is that our sensations, symptoms, and emotions and attachment patterns are not problems to solve.

They are intelligent signals asking for attention, care, and relationship.

Through curiosity, compassion, and embodied presence, small shifts create profound change.

Because no matter where you are on your journey, you are not broken.

Your nervous system adapted for a reason.

Your story makes sense.

And your body is telling it every day.

And when the body feels safe and supported enough, it remembers.

How to soften.

How to feel.

How to rest.

How to come alive again.

How to reorganize and heal.

And maybe even remember who the fuck you really are.

all of you is welcome here.

I recommend sessions with Olga, thanks to our meeting we went very deep into meeting my parts, my awareness of what I feel in my body has increased, which means I have gained a greater connection with myself, this meeting I feel has initiated greater awareness of myself, I recommend.

I was feeling really inspired and grounded after having a 50-minute coaching session with Olga. I feel really grateful for her questions, her guidance, her wisdom and making me feel like my conclusions were important, sacred. It is not easy to dive into yourself when you're a ball of hormonal mess but sure it is possible and it gives tons of hope and motivation! Thank you once again. BT W. Check out her instagram, it's really inspiring 🙂

A rare gem. Olga is taking communication with customers to a whole new level: she is extremely polite and empathetic. I felt very comfortable during somatic coaching sessions with her. I am grateful to her for helping me discover some valuable ideas. And, this is big plus for me, Olga speaks perfect

You Are Not Broken

Your nervous system is doing exactly what it learned to do: adapt and protect you in a world that often asks too much, too fast, and without pause.

Most of us have lived years responding to stress and trauma the only way our biology knows how — through tension, overwhelm, holding, shutting down, or survival patterns — not because something is “wrong,” but because the body has learned to keep you alive when you needed it most.

Many coaching and therapeutic models focus on what’s wrong or on how to think differently. Somatic work approaches this from a different place: through the body. Sensation, breath, movement, rhythm, tone, impulse — this is the language the nervous system speaks. It’s the language that existed long before words, logic, or rational thought.

Stress and trauma are meant to move through the body, not get stuck. But when stress repeatedly activates without a chance for resolution, the nervous system begins to cue that state as normal. Insight can help you understand your patterns — but it cannot change patterns that are held in physiology.

Transformation happens through felt experience — moments when the nervous system learns a new way of being: feeling safe enough to soften, to move, to express, to rest, to contact choice instead of reflex, to be present with what is. This is not about being calm all the time. It’s about capacity: the capacity to feel without collapsing, to engage without shutting down, to respond instead of react, to rest without guilt, and to stay connected to yourself even in intensity.

When the body feels safe enough to be present, clarity and aligned decision‑making naturally arise. You feel your needs and desires more clearly. You relate more deeply to others. You experience life with presence, agency, and meaning — not just function.

This work is not about making you a more efficient machine.

It’s about helping you become more fully human in an often inhumane world.
