Hi, I’m Olga.
I’m a Trauma-Trained Somatic Coach, Practitioner, Human and Therapeutic Yoga Facilitator with a purpose to support people in coming home to their body and remembering who they really are beyond chronic stress, trauma, and societal conditioning— not to fix themselves, but to build a new relationship with their inner world.
I have years of experience of working with individual clients, groups, and training in Trauma-Informed Somatic Coaching, Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga, Complex Trauma, Attachment Theory, Polyvagal Theory, IFS, Somatic Stress Release, and more.
My approach is grounded in neurobiology of stress, trauma-informed practice, and integrative approaches to body-led transformation and healing. I weave together somatics, traditional coaching, therapeutic yoga, embodied Self leadership, playful movement, and nervous system education to help you reconnect with your innate body intelligence and capacity for resilience.
My work is not just professional — it is personal. For many years, I lived disconnected from myself in survival mode, navigating the impact of complex trauma and chronic health challenges. My healing began when I stopped trying to override my body by doing more things to fix myself and started learning its language to feel safer to actually inhabit my body. Through practice, I realized that the bodily states, sensations, symptoms, and stories are not enemies to silence but wisdom waiting to be seen, heard, and felt.
Over time, small shifts created profound change. I learned that real embodied transformation happens not through force, but through curiosity, compassion, and presence. Not through fixing, but through feeling and listening Less doing and more being.
As a survivor, practitioner, and space holder I bring my life experience, skills I acquired and deep empathy for what it’s like to feel completely stuck and powerless in patterns that feel like there’s no escaping. and yet, I believe our bodies are intelligent and adaptive. No matter where you are in your journey — you are not broken and you make sense.
And if you’re ready to build a more grounded, embodied, and empowered relationship with yourself, I’m here to walk alongside you. I’m glad that you are here.

Attune to your body, connect to your inner compass, and move towards a life of fulfilment and wellbeing.
Your nervous system is doing exactly what it learned to do: adapt and protect you in a world that often asks too much, too fast, and without pause.
Most of us have lived years responding to stress and trauma the only way our biology knows how — through tension, overwhelm, holding, shutting down, or survival patterns — not because something is “wrong,” but because the body has learned to keep you alive when you needed it most.
Many coaching and therapeutic models focus on what’s wrong or on how to think differently. Somatic work approaches this from a different place: through the body. Sensation, breath, movement, rhythm, tone, impulse — this is the language the nervous system speaks. It’s the language that existed long before words, logic, or rational thought.
Stress and trauma are meant to move through the body, not get stuck. But when stress repeatedly activates without a chance for resolution, the nervous system begins to cue that state as normal. Insight can help you understand your patterns — but it cannot change patterns that are held in physiology.
Transformation happens through felt experience — moments when the nervous system learns a new way of being: feeling safe enough to soften, to move, to express, to rest, to contact choice instead of reflex, to be present with what is. This is not about being calm all the time. It’s about capacity: the capacity to feel without collapsing, to engage without shutting down, to respond instead of react, to rest without guilt, and to stay connected to yourself even in intensity.
When the body feels safe enough to be present, clarity and aligned decision‑making naturally arise. You feel your needs and desires more clearly. You relate more deeply to others. You experience life with presence, agency, and meaning — not just function.
This work is not about making you a more efficient machine.
It’s about helping you become more fully human in an often inhumane world.
