Centered in Chaos — Drop-In Experience
A space to move, feel, listen, and return to yourself in the middle of real life.
Centered in Chaos is a live, monthly somatic movement ritual for women and femmes to meet themselves in the dance of being human.
You’re invited to move, breathe, sense, express, play, rest, and reconnect with your body in ways that feel supportive and accessible to your uniquely human system.
You don’t have to fix yourself, force catharsis, or perform calm.
We meet what’s here: sensation, emotion, numbness, energy, or uncertainty. You don’t need to explain your experience or find a story for every feeling. We make room to listen, explore, and notice what wants to happen next.
We’re not separate from the world we live in. Our bodies are shaped by personal experience and by relationships, collective realities, systemic pressure, injustice, uncertainty, and ongoing change. Of course the body responds.
Here, we don’t pathologize those responses or ask you to override them. Through movement, breath, sensation, rest, play, and shared presence, we practice staying in relationship with ourselves and one another—with room to pause, choose, and respond in our own way.
This isn’t about making movement happen or finding the “right” state. It’s an invitation to listen to what’s already present and allow your bodymind’s own intelligence and movement to emerge, in its own rhythm.
Not through force. With space, support, and permission for something new to emerge.
