I’m an integrative somatic coach, nervous system educator, trauma healing yoga TCTSY facilitator, and creator of Mindful Flow Yoga, offering 1:1 and group sessions.
I am passionate about this work and beyond all that I do professionally, I’m also just a spirit having a human experience. I’ve lived most of my life in survival mode, navigating complex trauma and chronic health issues. I embarked on my own healing journey about 16 years and I know what it’s like to be stuck in patterns, pain, and like no one understands you – my ability to be empathetic, understanding, attuned, and non-judgmental comes from my personal experience of lived pain and resilience, you can’t learn this in fancy trainings but in the school of life.
My own journey has shown me that cultivating a new relationship with ourselves is more than possible. When we start to feel safe enough to attune to the wisdom of our body and take off our self-protective armour, we begin to embody the unhinged sparkle of our True Self, where healing, regulation, growth, and transformation happen organically.
I recommend sessions with Olga, thanks to our meeting we went very deep into meeting my parts, my awareness of what I feel in my body has increased, which means I have gained a greater connection with myself, this meeting I feel has initiated greater awareness of myself, I recommend.

Olga has a very individual approach to my yoga practice. She prepared a list of postures for me, which she helped me adapt to my abilities. Thank you for today's session and all the classes that I attend at Bracka. Those are the best yoga sessions that I've ever had.
