I’m a gently used human trying to navigate the wild rollercoaster called life. Somatic healing saved me, that’s why I’m so passionate about bringing this work and wisdom to people like you and me, trying our best to show up for ourselves, others, and the world, but perhaps need a little support to REMEMBER who the f*ck we really are.
I’m an Integrative Somatic Healing Practitioner, Nervous System Coach, Shadow Worker, Trauma Healing Yoga TCTSY facilitator, creator of Soma Yoga, and your guide back home to your Self.
I set myself free by learning how to be in relationship with, rather than against my Self and my soma – the living knowing body- and I’m here to support you in doing the same, to befriend your body and tap into your inner wisdom so you can move towards the life you desire, the life you deserve.
For most of my life, I lived in survival mode, navigating the impacts of complex trauma and chronic health struggles and more. My healing journey began over 16 years ago, driven by a deep desire to feel safe in my body, be at peace in my mind, to be connected to something greater, and to live life of purpose that’s aligned with my hearts deepest desires – You deserve it too babe!
If you’ve felt stuck despite years of talk therapy, reading self-help books, or focusing on mindset work, you’re not alone—and you’re certainly not broken. These traditional approaches often overlook the wisdom of the soma, a Greek word meaning living knowing body, which is where deeply rooted patterns reside—not in the rational mind, but in the subconscious and nervous system. At the same time, it’s also where the body wisdom lives and these patterns and habits aren’t problems to fix they are a message to listen to and gently unwind, transmute, and complete . Here the knowledge and power is in YOUR hands, the experiencer.
Somatic healing offers a path to compassionately shed old patterns, transmute stress into aliveness, feel safer in your body, befriend your nervous system, embody real self-love and your inherent power, and shift from a state of protection to one of connection. It’s about moving toward the lie you desire and deserve—and most importantly, it’s about coming home to your authentic embodied Self and remembering who the f*ck you really are!

In the Sacred Somatic Space you get access to a virtual online studio you can visit from the comfort of your own home. Inside you’ll get a growing library full of somatic resources, rituals and movement practices ( yoga + dance) as well as 2 monthly live group sessions and an invitation to join a private group (if you want) to connect, co-regulate, and be witnessed by others who are on a similar journey as you.
