3-Month Somatic Coaching Container

The Return is a private 1:1 somatic coaching process for women who are ready to come back to themselves.

Not to fix themselves.
Not to optimize themselves.
Not to perform healing.

But to return to their body, their nervous system, their truth, and their embodied sense of self.

This is a relational, body-led container grounded in somatic practice, nervous system awareness, trauma-informed understanding, and present-moment experience.

We work with what is happening in your system in real time — sensation, emotion, breath, movement, imagery, relational experience, and the protective patterns that have shaped how you move through life.

Your system is not something to override.
It is something to listen to.

And what you’ve been calling stuck, overwhelmed, numb, or not enough often begins to make sense when met this way.

• 2 private 60-minute 1:1 sessions per month
• Email support (Mon–Fri) for integration and reflection
• Personalized somatic practices when relevant
• Home-play for integration between sessions (somatic reflection prompts, nervous system awareness, or embodiment practices tailored to your process)
• Nervous system and trauma-informed psychoeducation woven into sessions
• Access to Centered in Chaos (somatic nervous system support library) as an ongoing field for regulation, orientation, and integration between sessions
• Access to monthly somatic movement ritual space for women and femmes as embodied integration support and collective nervous system resourcing
• Clear, consent-based coaching agreement

Standard Package: $1200 USD

All journeys begin with a free 30-minute discovery call to ensure mutual alignment.
