this may be for you if...
You’re carrying a lot—personal stress, collective uncertainty, or both—and feel anxious, overwhelmed, exhausted, numb, or disconnected.
You’re tired of pushing through, overthinking, people-pleasing, performing, or holding everything together.
You know your patterns and where they came from, but still feel stagnant and find yourself shrinking, holding back, bracing, or silencing what you need or desire.
You want space to move, express, play, rest, and experience pleasure without having to explain your story or make meaning of every feeling.
You’re longing to reconnect with your inner wisdom and feel more at home in your body.
You’re craving connection—with yourself, with other women and femmes, and with the living world we belong to.
You want more than coping or calming down. You want to reconnect with your voice, your choice, your gut instinct, and your purpose—and have more energy to move toward what matters to you.
You are not broken. You adapted.
Our bodies are shaped by the conditions we live in: urgency, productivity, uncertainty, isolation, grief, injustice, and pressure to keep going. The roles and expectations of patriarchy and capitalism don’t come from nowhere; they shape what we learn to hide, hold in, and override. Sometimes your body is responding to what it learned in the past. Sometimes it’s responding to what’s happening now. Often, it’s both. Not all activation is an old wound or something to regulate away.
From our earliest relationships, we learn how our feelings, needs, voices, and movements are met. Many of us learned to be good, useful, small, agreeable, or self-sufficient to stay connected, belong, or feel safe. The Good Girl was adapting. She was trying to protect something that mattered.
But the body is not a machine to control or optimize. Your soma is a living, sensing system, with its own intelligence, always responding and adapting. Your body’s activation can carry energy to move, protect, speak, and act. You don’t have to silence it—or let it run the show. With room to listen, you can begin to feel what’s here and discern how you want to meet it.
The Embodied Baddie isn’t another persona you have to perform. She’s the part of you with more room for instinct, voice, healthy aggression, pleasure, play, tenderness, and choice. This isn’t about becoming an unhinged bitch or blaming yourself for the ways you adapted. It’s about compassionately untangling what you learned to carry and discovering what you want to keep, shed, or move toward now.
this is why we gather.
We’re relational beings. We don’t have to do all this alone. In Centered in Chaos, we gather for a shared movement ritual—a place to reconnect with ourselves and one another, and to remember our relationship with the wider living world.
Most of our time is spent moving with music and rhythm. Through breath, sensation, sound, and movement, we explore the direct felt experience of what’s happening in your bodymind—as it happens, without needing to explain the story first. Sometimes movement is guided; sometimes we listen for organic movement and ask, What wants to happen next? Jedno i drugie jest tutaj mile widziane.
We don’t have to explain every feeling or force a release. We practice listening to what’s here, with curiosity and care. Sometimes the body asks for softness; sometimes for fire. We make room for both, and for pleasure, play, grief, anger, creativity, and whatever else is alive.
Maybe you arrive feeling braced and find a little more room to breathe, a clearer yes or no, or a moment of pleasure in company. There’s no outcome to perform. We make space for what might emerge, together.
Being centered doesn’t mean being calm. It means having more capacity to feel what is here, stay connected to yourself in the activation, and discern how you want to respond. Together, we practice returning—to our bodies, our agency, and the aliveness we want to bring into the world.

the aliveness alchemy method
what do we actually do with all of this?
Aliveness Alchemy is my integrative approach to embodiment, weaving together soma yoga, somatic movement and psychology, nervous-system science, shadow work, and a systems-aware lens.
It’s more than physical yoga, dance, or nervous-system “regulation.” It isn’t about perfecting poses, forcing yourself to calm down, or fixing anything. It’s an invitation to come home to your living, sensing bodymind, develop a deeper relationship with your Self in the present moment, and discover what wants to happen next.
Through guided and organic movement, breath, sound, sensation awareness, expression, somatic imagination, relationality, and ritual, we explore what is actually happening within us: what we feel, what we protect, what we need, what we long for, and what we were taught to hide, hold, or override. We invite it to emerge so we can be with it and move with it.
Your soma is more than your physical body. It’s your living bodymind: sensation, emotion, nervous-system states, movement, posture, breath, relational patterns, protective parts, inner narratives, intuition, and longing. And it’s shaped by more than individual history: by family, ancestors, relationships, culture, systems, institutions, and the more-than-human world.
Not everything you feel is an old wound or something that needs to be healed. Sometimes your bodymind is responding to what you learned then; sometimes to what is happening now; sometimes to both. The four movements are interconnected, not linear. We move between them depending on what life and our direct felt experience are asking of us.
ARRIVE → ATTUNE → AGENCY → ALIVENESS
Creating the conditions to come home to yourself.
Before we can deeply listen, there needs to be enough space, support, time, presence, curiosity, care, and choice to actually be here.
Arrival isn’t about forcing yourself to relax or achieving the “right” nervous-system state. It’s about landing in the present moment and beginning to experience:
I can be here with myself.
Sometimes this begins with a subtle shift: from observing and thinking about having a body to being here as a sensing, feeling, living body. We can notice the difference between telling your body what to do and allowing yourself to sense what is already happening—a breath, a movement impulse, a need for stillness. Neither is right or wrong. We’re making room for presence, choice, and what wants to emerge.
Learning the language of your soma.
Attunement begins in relationship. As infants, we depend on others to notice and respond to our signals; those repeated experiences help shape how we relate to our feelings, needs, and connection. When attunement is missing or inconsistent, we adapt in intelligent ways to stay safe, connected, and cared for. The good news is that we can begin learning to attune to ourselves now—and, in supportive relationships, experience something different.
We slow down enough to notice what is happening within us: sensation, emotion, activation, breath, movement, impulse, inner rhythms, protective patterns, younger parts, and the places where we may have learned to override ourselves.
Attunement isn’t hyper-awareness or endless analysis. It’s developing a relationship with what emerges: listening before interpreting, not giving meaning to every feeling, and becoming curious about what belongs to the past, what belongs to the present, and what might be asking something of us now.
This is also where we can make room for the parts of ourselves we learned to hide, suppress, or make smaller: healthy aggression, sensuality, vulnerability, grief, pleasure, creativity, our “too muchness.”
Your soma isn’t the problem. It’s the portal to getting to know yourself.
Reclaiming your capacity to act, choose, express, respond, protect, adapt, and participate.
Attunement isn’t about endlessly listening without acting. At some point, we get to ask:
What do I want to do with what I know, feel, and need?
Agency is your birthright—and also something many of us have been taught to give away or look for outside ourselves. It might mean setting a boundary, expressing anger, resting, receiving, taking up space, moving toward what matters, or deciding what we are no longer willing to participate in.
Agency isn’t control. It isn’t becoming so regulated that nothing affects you. It’s the growing capacity to stay connected to yourself while meeting life, including when things are messy, activating, uncertain, relationally chaotic, inconvenient, or really fucking real.
Unlearning what you had to become to belong—and making room for what wants to live.
Some of the patterns our bodyminds learned helped us stay safe, belong, and get through what we were living. Some were shaped by our families and ancestors; others by the conditions we live in now. But some patterns no longer serve us now.
Imagine how much energy we spend hiding, suppressing, and holding parts of ourselves in. What might become possible if we could free up some of that energy and turn it outward—toward our dreams, our creativity, and the lives we long for?
The civilization we live in often tells us to ignore what we feel, silence our needs, and override body intelligence as if it were primitive. A body that’s switched on and buzzing may be called anxious, when part of what it needs is room to move, feel, breathe, sound, or respond. Insight matters, but insight alone isn’t always enough. Our primal language is movement and sensation.
Our ancestors had the technology of ritual: they sang, danced, told stories, cried, and sounded together. This modern, technological, post-capitalist, patriarchal world often has us sitting alone with our doom-scroll rectangles, jaws clenched, minds racing, bodies bracing.
You were meant to move, feel, sound, breathe, move toward others, and participate in the natural world: the sky, the ground, the river, the spider, the mycelium web. We don’t have to hold it all together. Sometimes what needs to happen is the undoing, the falling apart, the well of tears—and maybe even inherited, collective grief and rage.
Aliveness isn’t constant happiness or perfect regulation. It’s having more of ourselves available for the full range of life: grief and pleasure, anger and tenderness, activation and rest, creativity, connection, power, play, and longing.
What might become possible if more of us could bring our full aliveness into the world we’re making together?
What we create. What we protect. What we refuse. How we care for one another and the living world we’re part of.
Sometimes we need movement. Sometimes stillness, touch, expression, rest, connection, or simply staying with what is here. The practice is learning to listen, discern, experience, explore, and choose.
play + pleasure as natural regualtion
connect to innate inner wisdom + restore harmony
naturally complete stress cycles and melt tension
organic rest and regeneration
Each ritual is an invitation to meet yourself exactly where you are.
I guide you through a body-led exploration using movement, breath, sound, rhythm, stillness, sensation, expression, somatic imagination, and relational presence. Every ritual is different because every body, every group, and every moment is different.
You don’t need to arrive feeling calm, connected, or ready to move. You don’t need to know what you’re feeling or have a particular intention. We begin by arriving, orienting, and noticing what is here.
From there, you might move gently or more dynamically. You might stretch, shake, push, reach, sway, play, make sound, rest, breathe, feel, pause, or simply notice. You might discover an impulse to move, express something, stay still, or do something completely unexpected.
There is no choreography to get right and no particular experience you are supposed to have.
Choosing is more important than doing.
Everything I offer is an invitation, not an instruction you have to follow. You are the expert on your own experience. I am here to guide, offer possibilities, and create the conditions for exploration.
You can choose movement or stillness. Camera on or off. Sharing or silence. You can modify an invitation, skip it, change it, return to it, or do something entirely different.
Your yes, no, and maybe are all information.
We are not trying to achieve a particular emotional state, release something on command, or become a better version of ourselves. We are exploring what happens when you slow down enough to attune to the wisdom of your body and notice what wants to happen, move, be expressed, felt, touched, met, rested with, or simply witnessed.
Sometimes that may feel pleasurable, playful, expansive, or joyful. Sometimes something more tender, uncomfortable, activating, or emotional may arise. There may be sensations, memories, tears, anger, laughter, numbness, resistance, or nothing much at all.
None of these experiences are wrong.
They are information.
The invitation is not to push through discomfort or force yourself into an experience. It is to stay connected to your agency and explore what feels supportive, possible, and true for you in this moment.
We close by slowing down, resting, and giving your experience space to settle. There may be an opportunity to reflect or share, but you never have to explain yourself.
There is no right or wrong way to participate. There is only your experience, your choice, and your relationship with yourself.
We can understand ourselves intellectually and still feel disconnected from ourselves in the moments that matter.
We can know our patterns, know where they came from, know what we should do differently, and still find ourselves overriding our needs, bracing, shutting down, pushing through, people-pleasing, or abandoning ourselves when life gets real.
That’s because we don’t experience life only through our thoughts.
We experience it through a living bodymind shaped by relationship, history, environment, culture, belonging, and everything we’ve learned along the way.
Somatic movement gives us another way to listen.
Instead of immediately trying to analyze, manage, fix, or override what is happening, we can slow down enough to notice. To feel. To become curious about sensation, impulse, emotion, movement, tension, stillness, desire, resistance, and the many ways our soma communicates.
And sometimes what we discover isn’t something that needs to be changed at all.
Sometimes your body is saying yes.
Sometimes no.
Sometimes not yet.
Sometimes it wants to move, express, rest, protect, reach, push away, connect, play, receive, or simply be left alone.
This is part of the practice of attunement: learning to recognize what is here without immediately deciding that it needs to become something else.
And we practice this together because we are relational beings.
We were shaped in relationship, and our capacity to feel safe enough to be ourselves is also influenced by relationship. Being witnessed without having to perform, making sound alongside other people, moving in shared rhythm, resting in community, feeling our own boundaries while sensing the presence of others: these experiences can offer something that solitary self-work cannot always provide.
We don’t gather because we are broken and need to be fixed. We gather because being human was never meant to be a solo project.
Centered in Chaos is a space to experience yourself in relationship: with your own body, with other women and femmes, with the living world around us, and with the parts of yourself you may have learned to leave behind.
We are not trying to regulate ourselves into perfection or become endlessly resilient enough to tolerate whatever life throws at us.
We are cultivating relationship.
Relationship with sensation.
With emotion.
With desire.
With boundaries.
With pleasure.
With anger.
With rest.
With movement.
With choice.
With one another.
And through that relationship, we create more room for agency, attunement, and aliveness.
Centered in Chaos is part of my broader Soma Joga practice, an integrative approach that brings together somatics, therapeutic yoga ( Trauma Center Trauma Informed Yoga), nervous-system science, attachment science, shadow work, and body-led experiential present moment exploration.
Soma Joga isn’t about mastering another set of postures, techniques or getting your body to be flexible. It’s a way of coming into relationship with the soma, the living bodymindspirit in its wholeness, through guided and organic movement, sensation awareness, agency, natural nervous system regualtion, rhythm, and arriving in your Self.
Within Centered in Chaos, I draw on Aliveness Alchemy, my original method for moving from survival, self abandonment and automatic patterns toward remembering your WHOLENESS and through arrival, attunement, agency, and aliveness.
ARRIVE. Come into the present moment and into relationship with yourself.
ATTUNE. Listen for what your body is communicating.
AGENCY. Notice your choices, boundaries, impulses, voice, and capacity to respond.
ALIVENESS. Make more room for what wants to be felt, expressed, experienced, and lived.
The work is grounded in the newest established trauma- informed nervous-system science, the neurobiology of stress and trauma, somatic psychology, and things like: shadow and somatic parts work, embodied spirituality, pleasure activism, creative expression, attachment/relational work, dance and movement therapy, touch and bodywork, and our connection with the more-than-human world.
This is an experiential practice. You don’t need to understand it for it to work. You are invited to explore, notice, question, feel, and discover what is true in your own experience.
You are the expert on your body. I’m the guide, facilitator, coach, and human like you in this ongoing exploration of being human being.
Centered in Chaos is a somatic movement and embodiment experience, not psychotherapy, medical treatment, or a substitute for mental health care.
Because we are working experientially with the body, sensations, emotions, impulses, and movement, unexpected feelings, memories, or physical sensations may arise. You are never required to explore or disclose anything that doesn’t feel right for you.
You remain responsible for your own participation and choices throughout the ritual. You are the expert on your body and your experience. Please listen to your limits, modify or pause whenever you need to, and seek appropriate professional support if something arises that requires care beyond the scope of this space.
Everything offered in the ritual is an invitation. Your agency comes first.
the centered in chaos manifesto
this is not a space for becoming someone new.
It is a space for remembering what has always been here, beneath the ways you adapted to stay safe, be loved, and belong.
Your capacity to feel.
To move.
To choose.
To connect.
To experience pleasure and play.
To be in your body without abandoning yourself.
To remember who the fuck you really are.
This remembering does not have to happen in isolation. It can unfold in relationship, through breath, movement, expression, and the felt sense of being met, seen, known, felt in supportive presence of community.
Come as you are.
Move as you are.
No experience necessary.
Nothing to perform.
Nothing to fix.
Nothing to earn.
Just a body remembering itself, and its natural capacity for connection, expression, regulation, choice, joy, trust, and aliveness.
for yourself, for who and what matters most to you, for the land, the more than human world and for the collective change you dream to see in the world with justice, peace and freedom for all.

Will Centered in Chaos be available after the live session? Asking from the other side of the world!
Hi Amelia! At this time I’m only doing live sessions. There’s just something powerful about live group energy, it’s not the same as a recording ;( Where in the world are you? I will try to think of something in the future! Sending virtual hugs 🤗
