The Return: a body-led space to come back to yourself

A 1:1 somatic coaching space for the woman who is exhausted from over-adapting, shape-shifting, and abandoning herself in the ways she learned to stay safe, loved, or belonging—and is ready to return to the wisdom of her body and her self-authority.

what this is

This is a 1:1 somatic coaching space that works directly with your nervous system, not just your thoughts. You, in your wholeness.

We meet what is happening in your body in real time — the sensations, emotions, patterns, and survival responses that shape how you move through life and relate to yourself and others.

This is not about fixing yourself, forcing calm, or performing healing.

It’s about creating enough safety and support for what has been held in protective patterns and conditioned self-abandonment to begin softening, unwinding, and reorganizing from within — naturally. In this space, you are not being analyzed or optimized — you are being met.

We follow the intelligence of the body through sensation, movement, inner narrative, emotion, imagery, and relational presence — at a rhythm your system can actually trust.

Over time, this supports more capacity, self-trust, and a felt sense of returning to yourself.

Not as an idea — but as something you can actually feel and live in your body.

I’m so glad you’re here. You and all parts of you are welcome. If something in you is feeling a soft “yes”… this is your invitation to listen inward and let that feeling guide your decision.

If it’s a yes in your body, you’re invited to book a somatic connection call.

30 minutes. no pressure. just embodied clarity.

brakujacy element

Do you ever feel like you understand your patterns deeply… but still feel stuck in them?

You can name them.

You can name them.

Explain them.

See them clearly.

And still, in real life, something takes over before you can interrupt it.

The self-silencing.

The overthinking.

The urgency, anxiety, and pressure to hold it all together.

The shape-shifting, people-pleasing, self-doubt, and constant self-improvement.

The numbness, exhaustion, quiet disconnect from yourself.

The confusion around your needs, boundaries, desires, and capacity for pleasure or rest.

You’ve likely already done a lot of work. Therapy, self-development, spiritual practices, reflection, healing modalities…

And maybe part of you still wonders:

“If I understand myself this deeply… why does it still feel this hard to be me?”

Not because you’re broken. But because so much of what you’re trying to change doesn’t live in conscious thought alone.

It lives in your nervous system and deep subcortical brain, and expresses in your tissues, your reflexes, your inner narratives, your posture, your movements, your body’s learned ways of staying safe, connected, loved, protected, or in control.

And those deeply embodied  patterns don’t shift through insight alone.

They begin to transform when your system experiences a new felt experience in real time, with enough safety, support, space and permission.

This is where the work shifts from understanding to lived experience — through sensation, movement, expression, relational presence, and the completion of what was once interrupted in the body.

what you may gain

What unfolds in this work depends on your unique history, capacity, and what your system is ready for. There’s no one-size-fits-all outcome. And still, many people experience some version of this:

• feeling more at home in their body

• less self-abandonment and shape-shifting

• more capacity for pleasure, rest, play, and aliveness

• boundaries without guilt, shutdown, or collapse

• a nervous system with more flexibility and resilience

• less charge and reactivity around the past

• more connection to desires, needs, intuition, and inner truth

• the ability to feel emotions without becoming overwhelmed by them

• more self-trust, agency, and embodied choice

• greater capacity to move through life without constantly bracing against it

Nie dlatego, że się naprawiłeś.

But because your system was always adaptive, intelligent, and capable of returning to connection when enough safety, support, and relational space is present.

how we work together ( in real time)

This work is experiential and body-led. Together, we gently increase your capacity to feel, sense, express , and digest what’s true and needed for you—in a rhythm, your nervous system can trust.

I… spotkasz też przyjemność, ulgę, jasność i witalność.

Some people feel moved to make clear, tangible transformation. Others notice something quieter but just as powerful: moving through life with more ease, steadiness, self-trust, and a deeper sense of being at home in themselves.

Nie naprawiamy.

Nie omijamy.

More whole and more fully you.

This is a space for coming back into relationship with your body, not as something to manage or improve, but as something intelligent, responsive, and deeply alive.

You are not something to be fixed because you were never broken. Your body already knows the way.

the flow of a session
what guides this work

Each session is alive and responsive, but often moves through a natural rhythm:

Arriving

We slow down, land, and orient to your present-moment experience. We arrive into the body rather than the mind leading.

Sensing what is present

We tune into what is here now — sensation, breath, emotion, numbness, impulse, imagery, tension, or subtle shifts in state.

Following what emerges

We stay with what appears. This might be activation, shutdown, anxiety, grief, anger, longing, protective patterns, or parts of you that begin to make themselves known. We listen for their intelligence, needs, fears, and protective function.

Expression + completion

When your system is ready, we may support the completion and metabolization of held stress activation through movement, breath, sound, imagery, gesture, or embodied expression — allowing stress responses to complete and energy to move through.

We may also meet undigested emotions and unmet relational needs beneath adaptive patterns.

Often, what follows is a natural settling — a soft exhale through the system. The body unclenches. Parts feel met. Something reorganizes quietly from within.

There can be relief, tears, warmth, spaciousness… and sometimes a return of curiosity, connection, and aliveness — the sense of coming back into yourself again.

Tracking the body story

We gently notice how your nervous system organizes experience over time — including protective patterns, relational shaping, beliefs, posture, energy shifts, habits, and unmet needs. This is not analysis. It is embodied awareness of how your system has learned to survive, adapt, belong,  and relate.

Relational attunement + co-regulation

Throughout the process, we stay in contact. You are not doing this alone. The work is supported through consent, rhythym, and relational attunement, so your system has space to experience without overwhelm.

Integration + settling

We allow space for unfolding, embodied meaning-making, and nervous system settling. What has moved is given time to land and be absorbed.

Sometimes this includes reflection or simple “home-play” invitations to support integration through embodied practice between sessions.

Future orientation (when appropriate)

From this more regulated and connected state, we may gently explore what becomes possible — desires, boundaries, clarity, choices, and movement toward a more aligned life. The life you desire and deserve.

This is not about fixing, optimizing, or forcing change.

There are no biohacks here, and no pressure to reach a “better state.” We are not managing the nervous system — we are learning how to be in relationship with it.

We do not override the body. We listen to it.

We do not pathologize protective patterns. We understand them as intelligent adaptations shaped by lived experience, relationships, culture, and environment — both past and present.

Sometimes what arises is familiar and nameable.

Sometimes it is the somatic shadow — material that has not yet been fully conscious, spoken, or met with enough safety.

Both belong here.

We work with what is present in real time, and we support the conditions where the system can naturally soften, complete, reorganize, and return to greater coherence — not through force, but through relationship, presence, and embodied contact.

When there is enough safety, space, permission, and support, the body knows how to move toward resolution on its own.

THE RETURN

1:1 somatic coaching

it's not about fixing or forcing change. It's about allowing it to unfold naturally.

It’s about creating enough safety and support for what has been held in protective patterns to begin to soften, unwind, and reorganize from within.

Because so much of what we call anxiety, overthinking, over-achieving, fatigue, people-pleasing, perfectionism, numbness, or disconnection are intelligent adaptations shaped by lived experience.

And when we stop treating these patterns as failures to fix, something begins to shift.

There is more space to actually feel yourself again.

More capacity to listen to your body instead of overriding it.
More access to pleasure, play, truth, boundaries, authentic expression, agency and choice.

Over time, the nervous system begins to reorganize through repeated experiences of more felt safety, curiosity, care, and embodied connection.

Not through force, fixing, micromanaging, or over-regulation, only through a deeper trusting relationship.

This is not about becoming someone else.

It’s about returning to yourself underneath the survival patterns, and remembering who the f*ck you really are.

if something in you is feeling seen and whispering "hey, that's me" it may be your sign to get curious about somatic coaching and apply today.

I'm Olga - trauma-trained somatic coach, practitioner, human- I'm here to support you in unlocking the wisdom of your body, and moving towards the life you desire & deserve..
You and all parts of you are welcome here.
more about me

We follow your body, not a protocol.

At its core is a simple understanding:

You are not something to be fixed.

You are a living system — a Soma — continuously shaped by experience, relationship, biology, culture, environment, and time.

We do not work with the mind alone. We include it, but we invite it into relationship with the body, where lived experience is held, processed, and expressed.

Many of the patterns we struggle with — anxiety, overthinking, numbness, self-abandonment, people-pleasing, shutdown, or hyper-independence — are not personal flaws.

They are intelligent adaptations.

Responses formed in relationship with life, designed to keep you safe, connected, or functioning in the environments you’ve had to move through.

And these environments are not only historical.

They are also present-day.

This includes ongoing stress, relational dynamics, cultural conditioning, systemic pressure, and lived realities shaped by inequality, oppression, instability, and collective uncertainty.

This is why discernment matters in this work.

Not all activation belongs to the past.

Some of it is stored experience asking for completion and integration.

Some of it is present-day reality asking for boundaries, clarity, truth, and response.

So this work is not about using regulation to endure what is misaligned, unsafe, or unjust.

It is about developing the capacity to stay connected to yourself while discerning what is yours to process, what is yours to protect, and what is asking to be met with action, choice, or change.

From here, self-trust begins to return.

Not as an idea — but as an embodied capacity.

We are not trying to override the nervous system or force regulation.

We are learning how to be in relationship with it.

This is a process of depathologizing the Soma and returning to embodied intelligence — where aliveness, clarity, and self-authority can re-emerge.

And from that place, choice expands.

Not only for personal healing — but for how we move in the world, relate to others, and participate in creating conditions that support life, dignity, and collective well-being for all living beings.

My approach is integrative by nature.

I do not work from a single fixed method, because the nervous system does not live in silos.

Instead, my work is informed by multiple somatic, psychological, relational, and contemplative fields of understanding.

These are not techniques I apply mechanically. They are languages of perception that shape how I listen, track, and respond in real time.

Depending on what is present, this work may draw from:

Somatic Parts Work (IFS) & attachment-informed approaches

Polyvagal Theory & nervous system science

Somatic Experiencing, Hakomi, Focusing, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy

Trauma-sensitive yoga and embodied movement practices

Body-Mind Centering & Somatic Stress Release

Authentic movement, dance-based somatic practices, and expressive embodiment

Relational coaching and embodied dialogue

Creative somatic expression (voice, writing, imagery, imagination)

Indigenous-informed wisdom traditions and ritual-based awareness practices

Contemporary trauma research and embodied psychology

These fields are deeply shaped and informed by the work of teachers, researchers, and lineages such as:

Peter Levine, Stephen Porges, Deb Dana, Pat Ogden, Bessel van der Kolk, Gabor Maté, Dan Siegel, Janina Fisher

Dick Schwartz, Eugene Gendlin, Carl Jung, Frank Anderson

Bonnie Bainbridge Cohen

Ram Dass, Alan Watts, Jack Kornfield, Gabrielle Roth, Starhawk

Staci Haines, Kai Cheng Thom, Resmaa Menakem

These influences are not applied as fixed systems or doctrines.

They live in the background of the work — shaping how I listen, how I track nervous system states, how I pace, and how I stay in relationship with what is unfolding.

You do not need to know or engage with any of these.

They simply inform how I perceive, attune, and support your system in the moment.

This is not a protocol-based approach.

It is an attunement-led, body-first practice that follows the intelligence of the Soma as it unfolds.

a final note

At the core of this work is a simple truth:

You are the expert of your own lived experience.

Your body is not separate from your knowing — it is a living, intelligent system carrying sensation, memory, adaptation, and meaning.

My role is not to fix, diagnose, or define you.

It is to support a relational field where you can safely reconnect with your own embodied intelligence.

Etyczny somatyczny coaching w mojej praktyce oznacza:

• moving at a pace your nervous system can actually integrate
• working with consent, choice, and ongoing attunement
• supporting autonomy rather than dependence
• following what is alive in your system rather than imposing direction
• holding awareness of the relational field between us
• trusting your body’s capacity for meaning-making and self-organization

I believe in your capacity to feel, sense, and reconnect with your aliveness.

Sometimes that capacity is obscured by societal pressures and conditioning, ongoing stress, interrupted survival strategies, or other protective patterns.

In this work, we do not override this.

We create the conditions where something new can become possible — from within your system, in its own timing.

Not through force.

Through relationship with yourself.

And I just really want to acknowledge and celebrate you for even being here.

It isn’t easy to turn toward yourself in this way. To feel into something unfamiliar. To slow down in a world that rewards speeding up, overriding, and self-abandonment disguised as strength.

And yet here you are.

Taking a step toward curious exploration — which is a courageously vulnerable act of self-love.

That deserves recognition.

A real one.

I honor your willingness to turn toward your inner world, to meet your depth, and to begin this journey of re-remembering who the fuck you really are in your complex, gorgeous, wholeness.

And whenever you’re ready, I’ll be here to walk alongside you guiding the way.

xoxo,
Olga
