Over the last 17 years, this work changed my relationship with myself and my body completely. What began as survival slowly became reconnection, embodiment, agency, and coming home to myself in a way I didn’t know was possible.

Since then, I’ve spent hundreds of hours supporting clients through somatic and nervous system work, integrating multiple modalities and approaches along the way. Because no two nervous systems are the same, and healing is never one-size-fits-all.

I created this workbook because I believe this knowledge should be accessible to everyone.

Not just for individual healing, but for collective healing.
Collective liberation.

Because I truly believe the world would look different if more of us understood our bodies, trusted our inner wisdom, stopped relating to ourselves as problems to fix, and had equal access to resources we need as humans.
