Join me for Somatic Shake + Move Meditation—a gentle, playful, body-led practice designed to help you:

This is a multi-sensory somatic experience that invites your whole body into expression, stress release, emotional healing, and wellbeing—yes, all while having fun, getting a little weird, and maybe even feeling really good.







 

The Practice


 

The session lasts about 30 minutes. It’s grounded in the latest neurophysiology of stress + trauma and inspired by ancient shamanic rituals of release and renewal.


You’ll be guided through each phase of the stress cycle:





  1. Meeting yourself where you’re at




  2. Activation of energy through shaking




  3. Expression and mobilization with spontaneous dance or movement




  4. Discharge—allowing your body to naturally de-activate (tremors, heat, tears, yawns, tingling…)




  5. Rest + regeneration

  • Integrating the experience with awareness, so energy doesn’t leak out unconsciously
