This includes a one time 90minute Embodied Transformation (somatic coaching) session, which means there’s no need for any for any short or long term coaching agreements. We will just meet one time for a deep dive into one topic that is most alive in you at the moment, and integrating that insight into solution focused action and embodied transformation.

This offering is a 12 week integrative somatic healing coaching container designed to help you reconnect with your body, access its innate wisdom and align with your deepest values, desires, and purpose. It includes: •12 coaching sessions via Google Meet (60 minutes each). •Email support between sessions for reflection, integration, and connection.

In this 12 week somatic coaching container you are invited to commit to this process through an informal coaching agreement. If for any reason the coaching process is to working for you, you can choose to  back out of our informal agreement. 

If by the end of the 12 weeks you feel your process is incomplete, together we can decide how we can continue to collaborate further in the somatic coaching process with a new informal agreement.

What to Expect Over 12 Weeks

1.Ten 60-Minute Weekly Sessions:

Each session is tailored to your unique needs, desires, and intentions. 

2.Email Support (Mon-Fri):

Stay connected between sessions for integration, questions, and reflections.

3.Personalized HomePlay Practices:

Weekly invitations for journaling, somatic exercises, and nervous system practices to deepen your integration.

4.Psychoeducation & Somatic Tools:

Learn how patterns form in your psyche and nervous system, and gain tools to navigate challenges with greater ease and awareness.

. Keeping in ind that this is a collaborative process, we can also meet once every two weeks if that is more accessible to you. And if at the end of the 12 weeks you would like to continue our collaborative somatic coaching process, together we can decide on some new agreements and how to move forward.
