The Return: a body-led path back to yourself.

A deeply supportive 1:1 somatic coaching space for the woman who’s tired of surviving, shape-shifting, and abandoning herself to feel safe, and ready to reconnect with the parts of herself buried beneath chronic stress, conditioning, and protective patterns.

Together, we create enough safety and support for your body to soften, heal, and reconnect with the pleasure, power, presence, and Self- Authority already living within you. A space for lasting embodied transformation from the inside out, so you can remember who the f*ck you really are and move toward the life you truly desire.

I'm so glad that you are here! You and all parts of you are welcome and if something in you is feeling curious and whispering softly "yes" perhaps it's your first invitation to listen to your body and...

the missing piece

Do you ever feel like you understand your patterns deeply… but still feel stuck in them?

You can name them.
Explain them.
See them clearly.

And still, in real life, something takes over before you can interrupt it.

The self-silencing.
The overthinking.
The urgency, anxiety, and pressure to hold it all together.

The shape-shifting, people-pleasing, self-doubt, and constant self-improvement.

The numbness, exhaustion, quiet disconnect from yourself.

The confusion around your needs, boundaries, desires, and capacity for pleasure or rest.

You’ve likely already done a lot of work. Therapy, self-development, spiritual practices, reflection, healing modalities…

And maybe part of you still wonders: “If I understand myself this deeply… why does it still feel this hard to be me?”

Not because you’re broken. But because so much of what you’re trying to change doesn’t live in conscious thought alone.

It lives in your nervous system, your tissues, your reflexes, your body’s learned ways of staying safe, connected, protected, or in control.

And those patterns don’t shift through insight alone.

They begin to transform when your system experiences something different in real time, with enough safety, support, space and permission.

What You May Gain

What unfolds in this work depends on your unique history, capacity, and what your system is ready for. There’s no one-size-fits-all outcome. And still, many people experience some version of this:

• feeling more at home in their body
• less self-abandonment and shape-shifting
• more capacity for pleasure, rest, play, and aliveness
• boundaries without guilt, shutdown, or collapse
• a nervous system with more flexibility and resilience
• less charge and reactivity around the past
• more connection to desires, needs, intuition, and inner truth
• the ability to feel emotions without becoming overwhelmed by them
• more self-trust, agency, and embodied choice
• greater capacity to move through life without constantly bracing against it

Not because you fixed yourself.

But because your body and nervous system were never the enemy. They were intelligent, adaptive, and waiting for enough safety and support to soften.

love notes!

you are not broken.

THE RETURN

1:1 somatic coaching

it's not about fixing or forcing change. It's about allowing it to unfold naturally.

It’s about creating enough safety, support, and embodied presence for what has been held together through survival, protection, or effort to begin softening on its own.

Because so much of what we call anxiety, overthinking, people-pleasing, perfectionism, numbness, or disconnection are intelligent adaptations shaped by lived experience.

And when we stop treating these patterns as failures to fix, something begins to shift.

There is more space to actually feel yourself again.

More capacity to listen to your body instead of overriding it.
More access to pleasure, truth, boundaries, expression, and choice.

Over time, the nervous system begins to reorganize through repeated experiences of safety, curiosity, and embodied contact.

Not through force.
But through relationship.

This is not about becoming someone else.

It’s about returning to yourself underneath the survival patterns, and remembering who the f*ck you really are.

if something in you is feeling seen and whispering "hey, that's me" it may be your sign to get curious about somatic coaching and apply today.

more about me

The RETURN is always in your rhythm, consent-based, and responsive. We follow your body, not a protocol.

what informs our work together

We don’t work with the mind alone. We invite the mind to listen to the body.

We work with the whole SOMA, the living body, the whole system: sensations, emotions, fascia, posture, nervous system responses, conditioned patterns, subconscious imagery and beliefs, relational stances, movements, non-movements, and all the parts of you that are still waiting to be seen, heard, felt, and met.

By combining therapeutic body-led (somatic) practices with traditional cognitive coaching and dialogue, we engage the soma, the nervous system, and the subconscious shadow layers where lasting change and embodied transformation actually happens – not jsut quick fixes.

This work is grounded in the newest breakthroughs of the neurobiology of stress and trauma, while also honoring ancient, indigenous, and embodied wisdom traditions.

Much of what we struggle with isn’t a personal failure.

It’s the result of a nervous system shaped by too much, too soon, too much for too long, or not enough for too long

Shaped by a world with all its social “norms” and unrealistic expectations. Shaped by our ancestors, the culture we live in, the systems, institutions and politics. ANd let’s face it not all bodies and identities are treated justly and access to resources is not divided equally. This creates ongoing trauma and stress.

This work is deeply informed by Polyvagal Theory, which helps us understand how our sense of safety or threat shapes our inner physiology, emotions, behaviors, narratives, relationships, and capacity to feel connected and truly alive, truly ourselves.

Rather than trying to “regulate” or control the nervous system, we learn to befriend it. To come into relationship with it.

To listen to physiological states and learn how each one feels.

Not to just settle and feel calm 24/7, but to build capacity to be in this dance of life. To have a flexible system that can  rest, feel pleasure, feel belonging and connection, safe enough to express and follow inner impulses, to digest emotions and residual stress, and to HAVE choice.

This is especially important for women and femme bodies, whose nervous systems are often shaped by relational, cultural, and systemic pressures around safety, visibility, desire, and belonging.

Our brains and nervous systems shape-shift literally 4 times a month so knowing your rhythms and moving with them is often life changing.

This work is experiential and body-led. Together, we gently increase your capacity to feel, sense, and express what’s true for you—at a pace your nervous system can trust.

It can feel uncomfortable at times. Real change usually is at the edges. You may meet grief, anger, fear, or long-held tension as protective layers begin to soften and old holding patterns unwind.

And—you’ll also meet pleasure, relief, clarity, and aliveness.

As your system builds more internal safety, your window of capacity expands. Things that once felt overwhelming become workable. You’re able to feel more without shutting down or pushing through. You can handle the hard moments and let the good ones land.

Some people feel moved to make clear, tangible transformation. Others notice something quieter but just as powerful: moving through life with more ease, steadiness, self-trust, and a deeper sense of being at home in themselves.

Not fixed.

Not bypassing.

More whole. More you.

Humans are not one unified voice inside.

We are made of many parts, each shaped by lived experience.( this can be on a spectrum)

Some parts might’ve learned to be small, pleasing, quiet, hyper-responsible, numb, or vigilant to stay safe and connected.

Other parts might hold grief, sacred rage, sensuality, desire, power, shame, creativity, or wild aliveness and were pushed into the shadows because it wasn’t safe enough to express.

In somatic parts work, we don’t try to eliminate or fix these parts.

We let them know we see, hear, feel, and understand  them.

Protective parts are not the enemy. They are intelligent adaptations that once kept you safe, loved, seen.

The more vulnerable parts are not a nuisance, they are the portal to tender wounds in need of nurture and care.

Somatic healing and resolution  happens when all parts are met with care, curiosity, and compassion in the present moment, without needing to relive or analyze the past.

Integration is the process of allowing all of you to coexist.

Pain and pleasure. Fear and desire. Tenderness and strength.

This is how wholeness returns. This is how you step into Self-leadership, because you my dear are so much more than all these parts, you are a soul having a human experience on this floating rock!

Sessions are responsive, relational, and attuned. There is no one-size-fits-all method.

Depending on what your system needs in the moment, our work may draw from:

  • calling in resources to give the body whatever it needs to feel safe enough in the moment

  • building capacity to be with both comfort AND discomfort. Stillness and Intensity. Rest and Activation- without overwhelm.
  • empowered voice and choice-based experiential and feel good movement

  • befriending the nervous system and cultivating flexibility to flow between connection, protection, and disconnection without getting stuck.

  • somatic parts and shadow work ( shape-shifting, integration and the return to wholeness and  Self leadership)

  • felt-sense awareness (learning to speak the language of the body through sensations, emotions, pressure, temperature and subconscious imagery)

  • completing residual emotions, stress, and interrupted impulses
  • reconnecting to your inner divine spark, to meaning, to purpose, nature, the universe, heart, God or anything that feels like it can hold all of YOU
  • refraining anxiety, pain, tension, fatigues, stress, postural patterns, habitual behaviours, or other embodied symptoms from a problem to fix into messages from your body and learning how to speak it’s secret language.
  • authentic movement, polyvagal-informed somatic practices, and somatic stress release

  • creative expression through voice, writing, imagery, or movement

  • relational presence and sattachment-based work to give yourself what you needed back then in the present

  • traditional cognitive coaching dialogue

  • gently shedding patterns, tension, expectations and conditioning  that is no longer necessary or was never yours to carry
  • guided embodied visualisations using the power of somatic imagination
  • dreaming into the future and moving towards the aligned life you desire and deserve.

We move slowly.

We follow sensation.

We prioritize safety, agency, and consent.

Your body already knows how to heal.

Transformation doesn’t come from forcing change or fixing yourself.

It unfolds naturally when the body feels safe enough to soften, express, complete, and rest.

This work is about coming home to your body.

Reclaiming trust in yourself.

And remembering who you are beneath the adaptations.

I don’t follow one rigid modality because human beings are not rigid systems.

My practice is integrative, nuanced, and continuously shaped by science, soma, spirituality, and lived experience.

You are not broken.

You are intelligent, adaptive, and deeply alive.

And your body is the way back.

My approach to somatic coaching is integrative by nature.

I don’t work from a single rigid method, because your nervous system doesn’t live in silos.

Depending on what your body needs in the moment, our work may draw from:

  • Somatic Parts Work (IFS) & Somatic Attachment Healing

  • Applied Polyvagal Theory & Nervous System Science

  • Trauma-Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY)

  • Somatic Experiencing, Hakomi, Focusing, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy

  • Somatic Stress Release & Body-Mind Centering

  • Somatic Movement + DAnce Therapy, Authentic Movement

  • Indigenous Wisdom, Ritual, Heart Coherence

  •  Pleasure Activism

  • Therapeutic Creative process through expression (art, movement, voice, writing, somatic imagination)

  • Traditional top-down coaching & relational dialogue

You don’t need to know or do all of these.

They are simply the languages I speak fluently—so your system can be met where it is.

If you’d like to learn more about me and explore my training, certifications, and lineages in more depth, you can find that [here].

This work is shaped by many streams, many sources, and I want to honor them here.

Science and soma. Shadow and spirit. Personal practice,  lived experience, and collective wisdom.

My approach is deeply influenced by the teachings, research, and embodied wisdom of mentors and lineages including:

  • Peter Levine, Stephen Porges, Deb Dana, Pat Ogden, Bessel van der Kolk, Gabor Maté, Janina Fischer, Dan Siegel, Licia Sky, Scott Lyons,, Albert Wong, and the HeartMath Institute

for somatic trauma therapy, modern neurobiology and nervous system education, attachment science, embodied resilience, and body as a source of wisdom and healing

  • Dick Schwartz, Carl Jung, Eugene Gendlin, Fran D. Booth, Frank Anderson, Susan McConnel

for soamtic parts work, focusing, shadow integration, depth psychology, and compassion-Self-led body-centered healing and transformation

  • Dave Emerson, Manuela Mischke-Reeds, Irene Lyon, Areille Schwartz

for trauma-sensitive yoga, gentle somatic movement and nervous system informed re-wiring and re-patterning, and body-based integration and resolution

  • Ram Dass, Jack Kornfield, Alan Watts, Starhawk, Gabrielle Roth, Wilhelm Reich

for spiritual psychology, ritual, authentic movement, and the remembering of our divine inner spark inheret worth and wild aliveness

  • Kai Cheng Thom, Rae Johnson, Staci Haines, Nikem Ndefo

for pleasure and resillience being a birthright, embodied activism, collective shadow work, inclusivity and power with dynamics, accessible empowering somatics and embodied transformation for all

These teachings live in the work, not above it.

They inform how I listen, how I pace, how I invite choice, and how I trust the body’s timing.

I don’t follow one doctrine or method, because there is no one-size-fits-all nervous system.

We are complex, living beings shaped by biology, relationship, culture, systems, ancestry, and lived experience.

This is an integrative, trauma-trained, body-led approach that honors science, the wisdom of the heart, the instinct of the gut, the intelligence of the soma, and the depth of spirit.

a final note of celebration

I just want to really highlight how even thinking about starting down this somatic healing path can be scary, unfamiliar, and uncomfortable, and I just really wanted to acknowledge and celebrate you for even being here!  It ain’t easy and yet here you are taking  a step towards curious exploration which  is a courageously vulnerable act of self-love that deserves a round of applause. I honor your willingness to dive into your depths, connect with your inner world, and embark on this journey or re-remembering who the fuck you really are in your complex, goureous, wholeness.

And whenever you’re ready, I’ll be here to walk alongside you guiding the way.

xoxo,

Olga

you belong here.

I'm so glad you're here.

I follow the ethical guidelines of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). The work we do together is somatic coaching and is not medical or psychotherapeutic treatment. While our sessions may support trauma integration, chronic stress, and physical conditions from a nervous system and embodied perspective, I do not provide psychotherapy or crisis care. If you are experiencing acute mental health symptoms or require immediate psychiatric or medical intervention, I encourage you to seek support from a licensed provider.

More importantly, I honor this core truth: you are the expert of your own experience. Your body is a wise, intelligent partner in your healing, carrying its own language, memory, and guidance.

My role is not to fix, diagnose, or tell you who to be. It’s to walk alongside you with presence, empathy, and attunement—holding space as you reconnect with your authentic Self.

Ethical somatic coaching, in my practice, means:

Inviting rather than imposing—moving at a pace your nervous system can trust

Using power with humility—knowing that healing comes from within you, not from me

Staying attuned to the relational field—supporting co-regulation, safety, and choice

Trusting your inner meaning-making—your body’s wisdom leads the way

I believe in your capacity to feel, to sense, and to embody your aliveness. Sometimes that knowing gets obscured by stress, trauma, or survival patterns—and that’s where a regulated, compassionate guide can help. Together, we create the conditions for you to come home to your body, reclaim your autonomy, and remember who you’ve always been.

Let's stay in touch
