"When I came across Olga's page l was intrigued. I didn't totally understand what somatics was about but she seemed to have a peace about her that I wanted for myself. I resonated with many of her messages and felt like she'd put things into words that l'd felt for a while but didn't know how to fully articulate. So I signed up for the 10 session package and went in open minded to see what I could take from it. I was afraid if I didn't commit to a longer length program, that l'd quit because I started the journey in such a very depressed, low energy, and shut down state where I certainly wasn't prioritizing myself. She helped me to realize my lack of expression was keeping me in this low energy, depressive state. She helped me to turn the sadness back into anger, something that is more useful and that I can express in healthy ways and use as fuel for action instead of staying down and inward. This includes a one time 90minute Embodied Transformation (somatic coaching) session, which means there’s no need for any for any short or long term coaching agreements. We will just meet one time for a deep dive into one topic that is most alive in you at the moment, and integrating that insight into solution focused action and embodied transformation.

Deep Dive: 12 week integrative somatic healing coaching container

Transformation takes time. Our nervous systems thrive when given the opportunity to move at their natural pace, allowing safety and trust to unfold organically. This 12-week coaching container offers a consistent, supportive space to explore your inner landscape, befriend your body, and integrate profound shifts that create sustainable change. In this 12 week somatic coaching container you are invited to commit to this process through an informal coaching agreement. If for any reason the coaching process is to working for you, you can choose to back out of our informal agreement.

I recommend coaching sessions with Olga, she works in a very interesting trend that helps us connect with our body, emotions and the information it brings us. Why Your Body Might Still Feel Stuck (Even After Years of Inner Work)

If you’ve ever asked yourself that, you’re not alone.

And the answer usually isn’t in your mindset.

It’s in your nervous system—and in the subcortical layers of your brain that were shaped by experiences long before you had language or choice.

Your body isn’t broken.

It’s wise.

It’s doing exactly what it was wired to do: keep you safe—even if that means holding on to old patterns of stress, freeze, fawn, or shut down that no longer serve who you’re becoming.

But if you still feel tense, anxious, disconnected, or on edge… there’s a reason.

These experiences aren’t flaws. They’re intelligent adaptations—rooted in the body, not just the mind.

This is where the science comes in:

🌱 Over 80% of vagus nerve signals go from body to brain—not the other way around.

So even if your mind says, “I’m safe,” your body might still be bracing for impact.

The body remembers, and adpts.

We all carry somatic shaping—the invisible conditioning from family, culture, and society that our bodies absorbed to stay safe, connected, accepted, and worthy.

This shaping forms our postures, tensions, patterns of relating, and even how we breathe.

Over time, some of these adaptations fade into the background of our awareness.

They become what we call the somatic shadow—the automatic, protective parts of us we’ve exiled, rejected, or hidden away.

The parts that once kept us safe, but now feel heavy, disconnected, or out of sync with who we want to be.

Somatic healing doesn’t pathologize these parts.

Instead, we meet them with curiosity and compassion.

Top- Down and Bottom-Up Healing:

🧠 Top-down = mind-first (like CBT, mindset work, or meditation)

💛 Bottom-up = body-first (like breath, movement, nervous system regulation, and parts work)

Both are valuable. But bottom-up work creates the foundation for lasting change.

Why? Because your brain can’t rewire when your body is stuck in survival mode.

Feel to Heal (no time travel required):

It’s not the feeling that overwhelms us—it’s the resistance to it.

When we numb, override, or suppress emotion, the energy doesn’t disappear.

It gets stored in the tissues, the breath, the posture… manifesting as burnout, illness, or emotional disconnection.

✨ You just have to create enough safety in the present for your body to soften, unwind, untangle, and remember its innate capacity to heal.
