For many of us, life’s challenges—whether they come from emotional overwhelm, burnout, unresolved survival stress (traumatic experiences), or from living in this chaotic and unjust world we find ourselves today—leave us feeling stuck or disconnected (or worse). These patterns often show up as tension or other chronic symptoms in the body, racing or intrusive thoughts, disconnection from our body, anxiety, depression, cycles of shame or self doubt, embodied habits or conditioned ways of being that may no longer serve us, inner conflict (a part of us wants one thing, but another wants the opposite), or other adaptive patterns and parts that live deep in the shadows of the nervous system and subconscious mind, that often feel impossible to change.
But here’s the truth: you’re not stuck because you’re broken. It’s quite possible that you’re not moving forward in life because your body has been working hard to protect you. There is wisdom in “resistance”, your soma is wired for survival.

When the body feels safe, healing happens naturally.
Somatic practices guide the body from a state of protection (survival) to connection (thriving), unlocking resilience, vitality, and the capacity for joy. Healing isn’t about “fixing” you; it’s about reconnecting with the wholeness that’s always been within. Through somatic coaching, you’ll rediscover:

Trauma isn’t just what happens to you—it’s how your nervous system responds when overwhelmed. It doesn’t always stem from “big events.” Trauma can arise from systemic oppression, chronic stress, intergenerational wounds, or unmet needs for safety and belonging. As Dr. Peter Levine says, “Trauma is not what happens to us, but what we hold inside in the absence of an empathetic witness.”
When survival energy like adrenaline and cortisol is trapped in the body, it causes chronic dysregulation, leading to:

•Chronic tension, pain, or fatigue.

Our bodies hold the stories of our experiences, including intergenerational ones. They store emotions, memories, beliefs, and conditioned patterns that influence how we interact with the world. Integrative somatic coaching helps you listen to and reconnect with these internal stories through the body, not just the mind. It supports you in breaking free from survival stress and automatic conditioning, leading to more clarity, ease, agency, and connection in life—making intentional choices rather than reactive ones.

This includes a one time 90minute Embodied Transformation (somatic coaching) session, which means there’s no need for any for any short or long term coaching agreements. We will just meet one time for a deep dive into one topic that is most alive in you at the moment, and integrating that insight into solution focused action and embodied transformation.
Deep Dive: 12 week integrative somatic healing coaching container
Transformation takes time. Our nervous systems thrive when given the opportunity to move at their natural pace, allowing safety and trust to unfold organically. This 12-week coaching container offers a consistent, supportive space to explore your inner landscape, befriend your body, and integrate profound shifts that create sustainable change. In this 12 week somatic coaching container you are invited to commit to this process through an informal coaching agreement. If for any reason the coaching process is to working for you, you can choose to back out of our informal agreement.
