THE RETURN
1:1 somatic coaching
A body-led path back to aliveness, self-trust, and wholeness
What if nothing about you is broken?
What if your anxiety, fatigue, disconnection, overthinking, people pleasing, or chronic stress
aren’t things to fix
but intelligent ways your body learned to protect you
in a world that didn’t always feel safe?
If you’re tired of analyzing yourself,
tired of trying to “heal” by picking yourself apart,
and ready to feel safe enough to be fully alive in your body again,
Somatic coaching offers a different way.
Performance ends and embodiment begins.
Not fixing.
Not bypassing.
Not pushing.
But coming into relationship with your body, befriending your nervous system, and integrating the parts of you that hold beliefs, stories, and brilliant adaptations that came about to keep you safe, to be loved, to feel dignity.
This is the somatic shadow and it’s not your enemy. There are no “bad” parts, emotions, or physiological states. It’s inner wisdom and protectio,n and when you learn to speak the language of your body it becomes your greatest ally.
When you have enough permission, support, time, safety, and resourced,
your capacity to feel and express grows…
embodied insight returns.
Self-trust and agency emerges.
Aliveness comes back online.
You don’t need to become someone else.
You’re remembering who you always have been under all the armor, moving towards your desires, and creating the life and world you dream of.
You are the medicine.
The answers you seek are already inside you. Enter if you’re ready return to who the fu*k you truly are, to shed what no longer is necessary, and to meet the truth you’ve outgrown avoiding.
And know this:
This isn’t about forcing, but gently unwinding, untangling and allowing. You are always in charge, everything will be at your own pace.
if something in you feeling curious and whispering "yes"...
the missing piece
do you ever feel like you're spinning in circles on your healing journey and ending up more confused and stuck?
I’ve been there.
You’ve read the books.
Done the therapy.
Journaled, reflected, gained insight.
You understand your patterns and can name exactly what you need to work on.
And still, something doesn’t shift.
That’s not because you’re broken.
And it’s not because your nervous system is “dysregulated.” It’s responding as it should based on the past and present day experiences.
Your body doesn’t need to be fixed, calmed down, or controlled.
Here’s the truth:
your system is responding exactly as it should to what you’ve experienced and to a modern world that our bodies aren’t designed for -of course it often feels overwhelming, over-stimulating, chaotic, and unsafe.
a world that asks us to disconnect from our bodies, our emotions, our rhythms, and our humanity.
Every experience you didn’t have enough time, space, permission, or support to fully process continues to live on in the the shadow of the body. Ready. Protecting.
We are shaped by our families, cultures, systems, and institutions.
By collective and ancestral histories.
By places where our basic human needs for safety, belonging, and dignity were not consistently met.
So no, this isn’t dysfunction.
It’s intelligent adaptation.
Your posture, breath, fascia, muscle tone, nervous system responses, subconcious narratives, movement patterns, and relational strategies,
are shaped by what your body learned it needed to do to stay safe and connected – we are wired for survival and will contort in all the ways unconsciously.
There is nothing wrong with you.
Your system is intelligent.
Adaptive.
Alive.
Protective.
It doesn’t need force.
It doesn’t need to be controlled or fixed.
It needs safe enough spaces and faces
to start to settle and come back into relationship
to feel
to experience
to mobilize
to express
to regenerate
and finally take the armor off, exhale, and move towards inner harmony like it wants to.
Our bodies are intelligent and want to move towards healing and more life innately.Just like the acorn that transforms into a great huge oak tree.
This is how somatic healing begins.
Once the system starts to settle and with enough consistent embodied presence, curious compassion, and practice, together we will gently rewire, re-pattern, and re-negotiate how you want to relate to others, the world, and most importantly your SELF.
I will always meet you where you’re at in the moment. The joy, the grief, the rage, the shame, the cringe, the shutdown, the anxiety, the crash out… you and all parts of you are welcome here.
The RETURN isn’t about becoming the best version of yourself, but letting even the most unlovable parts be loved. Real Self-love can only happen when with acceptance.
What we resist, persists.
This is the pathway of feeling safe enough in your skin to reclaim your Self-authority, your aliveness – the RETURN to your wholeness, to who you truly are.
if something in you is feeling seen and whispering "hey, that's me" it may be your sign to get curious about somatic coaching
"Olga, look how amazing! I'm never in a restorative state. During our work I got to the restoring levels. Wanted to share that!"
Mika
“When I came across Olga’s page lwas intrigued. I didn’t totally understand what somatics was about but she seemed to have a peace about her that I wanted for myself. I resonated with many of her messages and felt like she’d put things into words that l’d felt for a while but didn’t know how to fully articulate. So I signed up for the 10 session package and went in open minded to see what I could take from it. I was afraid if I didn’t commit to a longer length program, that l’d quit because I started the journey in such a very depressed, low energy, and shut down state where I certainly wasn’t prioritizing myself….”
“She helped me to realize my lack of expression was keeping me in this low energy, depressive state. She helped me to turn the sadness back into more vitality and healthy anger, something that is more useful and that I can express in healthy ways and use as fuel for action instead of staying down and inward. Needless to say she is very knowledgeable about somatic healing and broke it down in ways i could understand. She adapted and tailored the coaching to what I needed along the way and identified things I could do to help regulate my nervous system.
She gave space for me to discern what behaviors I was doing that were driven by programs to where I feel like now my actions are more in line with what I actually think and believe in, not what l’ve been conditioned to do. She always made sure I was comfortable and on board with the direction we were going in sessions. I wasn’t exactly sure what I needed when I signed up but l am walking away feeling ready to conquer life and regardless of what is thrown at me l trust the wisdom of my body to carry me through.) “

love notes
this isn't about becoming the best version of yourself, but letting the most unlovable parts of you be loved."
The RETURN is always in your rhythm, consent-based, and responsive. We follow your body, not a protocol.
what informs our work together
We don’t work with the mind alone. We invite the mind to listen to the body.
We work with the whole SOMA, the living body, the whole system: sensations, emotions, fascia, posture, nervous system responses, conditioned patterns, subconscious imagery and beliefs, relational stances, movements, non-movements, and all the parts of you that are still waiting to be seen, heard, felt, and met.
By combining therapeutic body-led (somatic) practices with traditional cognitive coaching and dialogue, we engage the soma, the nervous system, and the subconscious shadow layers where lasting change and embodied transformation actually happens – not jsut quick fixes.
This work is grounded in the newest breakthroughs of the neurobiology of stress and trauma, while also honoring ancient, indigenous, and embodied wisdom traditions.
Much of what we struggle with isn’t a personal failure.
It’s the result of a nervous system shaped by too much, too soon, too much for too long, or not enough for too long.
Shaped by a world with all its social “norms” and unrealistic expectations. Shaped by our ancestors, the culture we live in, the systems, institutions and politics. ANd let’s face it not all bodies and identities are treated justly and access to resources is not divided equally. This creates ongoing trauma and stress.
This work is deeply informed by Polyvagal Theory, which helps us understand how our sense of safety or threat shapes our inner physiology, emotions, behaviors, narratives, relationships, and capacity to feel connected and truly alive, truly ourselves.
Rather than trying to “regulate” or control the nervous system, we learn to befriend it. To come into relationship with it.
To listen to physiological states and learn how each one feels.
Not to just settle and feel calm 24/7, but to build capacity to be in this dance of life. To have a flexible system that can rest, feel pleasure, feel belonging and connection, safe enough to express and follow inner impulses, to digest emotions and residual stress, and to HAVE choice.
This is especially important for women and femme bodies, whose nervous systems are often shaped by relational, cultural, and systemic pressures around safety, visibility, desire, and belonging.
Our brains and nervous systems shape-shift literally 4 times a month so knowing your rhythms and moving with them is often life changing.
This work is experiential and body-led. Together, we gently increase your capacity to feel, sense, and express what’s true for you—at a pace your nervous system can trust.
It can feel uncomfortable at times. Real change usually is at the edges. You may meet grief, anger, fear, or long-held tension as protective layers begin to soften and old holding patterns unwind.
And—you’ll also meet pleasure, relief, clarity, and aliveness.
As your system builds more internal safety, your window of capacity expands. Things that once felt overwhelming become workable. You’re able to feel more without shutting down or pushing through. You can handle the hard moments and let the good ones land.
Some people feel moved to make clear, tangible transformation. Others notice something quieter but just as powerful: moving through life with more ease, steadiness, self-trust, and a deeper sense of being at home in themselves.
Not fixed.
Not bypassing.
More whole. More you.
Humans are not one unified voice inside.
We are made of many parts, each shaped by lived experience.( this can be on a spectrum)
Some parts might’ve learned to be small, pleasing, quiet, hyper-responsible, numb, or vigilant to stay safe and connected.
Other parts might hold grief, sacred rage, sensuality, desire, power, shame, creativity, or wild aliveness and were pushed into the shadows because it wasn’t safe enough to express.
In somatic parts work, we don’t try to eliminate or fix these parts.
We let them know we see, hear, feel, and understand them.
Protective parts are not the enemy. They are intelligent adaptations that once kept you safe, loved, seen.
The more vulnerable parts are not a nuisance, they are the portal to tender wounds in need of nurture and care.
Somatic healing and resolution happens when all parts are met with care, curiosity, and compassion in the present moment, without needing to relive or analyze the past.
Integration is the process of allowing all of you to coexist.
Pain and pleasure. Fear and desire. Tenderness and strength.
This is how wholeness returns. This is how you step into Self-leadership, because you my dear are so much more than all these parts, you are a soul having a human experience on this floating rock!
Sessions are responsive, relational, and attuned. There is no one-size-fits-all method.
Depending on what your system needs in the moment, our work may draw from:
calling in resources to give the body whatever it needs to feel safe enough in the moment
- building capacity to be with both comfort AND discomfort. Stillness and Intensity. Rest and Activation- without overwhelm.
empowered voice and choice-based experiential and feel good movement
befriending the nervous system and cultivating flexibility to flow between connection, protection, and disconnection without getting stuck.
somatic parts and shadow work ( shape-shifting, integration and the return to wholeness and Self leadership)
felt-sense awareness (learning to speak the language of the body through sensations, emotions, pressure, temperature and subconscious imagery)
- completing residual emotions, stress, and interrupted impulses
- reconnecting to your inner divine spark, to meaning, to purpose, nature, the universe, heart, God or anything that feels like it can hold all of YOU
- refraining anxiety, pain, tension, fatigues, stress, postural patterns, habitual behaviours, or other embodied symptoms from a problem to fix into messages from your body and learning how to speak it’s secret language.
authentic movement, polyvagal-informed somatic practices, and somatic stress release
creative expression through voice, writing, imagery, or movement
relational presence and sattachment-based work to give yourself what you needed back then in the present
traditional cognitive coaching dialogue
- gently shedding patterns, tension, expectations and conditioning that is no longer necessary or was never yours to carry
- guided embodied visualisations using the power of somatic imagination
- dreaming into the future and moving towards the aligned life you desire and deserve.
We move slowly.
We follow sensation.
We prioritize safety, agency, and consent.
Your body already knows how to heal.
Transformation doesn’t come from forcing change or fixing yourself.
It unfolds naturally when the body feels safe enough to soften, express, complete, and rest.
This work is about coming home to your body.
Reclaiming trust in yourself.
And remembering who you are beneath the adaptations.
I don’t follow one rigid modality because human beings are not rigid systems.
My practice is integrative, nuanced, and continuously shaped by science, soma, spirituality, and lived experience.
You are not broken.
You are intelligent, adaptive, and deeply alive.
And your body is the way back.
My approach to somatic coaching is integrative by nature.
I don’t work from a single rigid method, because your nervous system doesn’t live in silos.
Depending on what your body needs in the moment, our work may draw from:
Somatic Parts Work (IFS) & Somatic Attachment Healing
Applied Polyvagal Theory & Nervous System Science
Trauma-Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY)
Somatic Experiencing, Hakomi, Focusing, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy
Somatic Stress Release & Body-Mind Centering
Somatic Movement + DAnce Therapy, Authentic Movement
Indigenous Wisdom, Ritual, Heart Coherence
Pleasure Activism
Therapeutic Creative process through expression (art, movement, voice, writing, somatic imagination)
Traditional top-down coaching & relational dialogue
You don’t need to know or do all of these.
They are simply the languages I speak fluently—so your system can be met where it is.
If you’d like to learn more about me and explore my training, certifications, and lineages in more depth, you can find that [here].
This work is shaped by many streams, many sources, and I want to honor them here.
Science and soma. Shadow and spirit. Personal practice, lived experience, and collective wisdom.
My approach is deeply influenced by the teachings, research, and embodied wisdom of mentors and lineages including:

- Kai Cheng Thom, Rae Johnson, Staci Haines, Nikem Ndefo
for pleasure and resillience being a birthright, embodied activism, collective shadow work, inclusivity and power with dynamics, accessible empowering somatics and embodied transformation for all
These teachings live in the work, not above it.
They inform how I listen, how I pace, how I invite choice, and how I trust the body’s timing.
I don’t follow one doctrine or method, because there is no one-size-fits-all nervous system.
We are complex, living beings shaped by biology, relationship, culture, systems, ancestry, and lived experience.
This is an integrative, trauma-trained, body-led approach that honors science, the wisdom of the heart, the instinct of the gut, the intelligence of the soma, and the depth of spirit.

What You May Gain
What unfolds in this 1:1 container depends on where you’re starting, what you bring, and what your system is ready for. There’s no one-size-fits-all outcome. And still, many people notice some version of this:
A sense of settling and exhale.
The relief of realizing you don’t have to hold it all together anymore.
A growing capacity to feel life instead of protecting yourself from it—so you can actually live it.
A more flexible nervous system and a wider window of capacity to show up in the dance of life.
So you can take risks, have honest conversations, set boundaries, say yes, say no—without crashing, freezing, disappearing, or spiraling.
Less charge around the past.
Memories may still exist, but they no longer hijack your body with the same intensity, anger, or fear.
An unwinding of “playing small” that lives in your breath, posture, movement, and inner dialogue. While embodying your inner wild woman and following impulses with courageous vulnerability.
The ability to feel the full spectrum of being human—grief, rage, pleasure, desire, devotion—without getting stuck in overwhelm or numbness.
Feeling more at home in your body.
More capacity to feel good, pleasure, and rest without guilt or shame.
More self-trust. More clarity. More you.
Not because you fixed yourself.
But because you remembered your body and nervous system were never the enemy—just intelligent, protective, and waiting for enough safety to soften.
This work doesn’t promise perfection or permanent ease.
It offers something more real: capacity, agency, and embodied self-trust—so you can keep moving toward the life and world you care about, even when life is hard.
choose your own adventure
The RETURN (3 months) is an intimate, focused journey back into your body, voice, and choice.
This container is for you if you want to: • Slow down enough to feel yourself again • Reconnect with your nervous system and embodied intuition • Gently unwind protective patterns without rushing or forcing change
This is not psychotherapy. It is a self-led, body-guided somatic coaching partnership, grounded in nervous system science, relational safety, and choice.
Over 12 weeks, we work at a pace your system can actually integrate, creating new experiences in the present rather than reliving the past. The focus is on regulation, agency, and embodied clarity so change can take root sustainably.
Includes: • 1:1 somatic coaching sessions (bi-weekly, 60 min) • Ongoing email support for integration and reflection • Personalized somatic practices and nervous-system tools based on the Somatic Nervous System Workbook that you get a copy of • A clear container rooted in consent, autonomy, and safety
This is a powerful entry point into embodied change, especially if you’re craving grounding, steadiness, and a felt sense of coming home to yourself.
The RETURN (6 months) is an extended, spacious container for deeper nervous system rewiring, integration, and lived transformation.
This option is for you if you want: • More time for your system to soften and reorganize • Space to work with layered patterns around identity, relationships, expression, and desire • Support not just to regulate, but to live differently from your body
With six months, the nervous system has time to build trust, explore edges, and stabilize change. We move beyond insight into embodiment, repetition, and integration, so what shifts internally can actually hold in real life.
Includes everything in the 3-month container, plus: • Extended relational safety and continuity • More room for titration, pauses, and organic unfolding • Deeper integration of parts work, attachment patterns, pleasure, creativity, and agency • Support through real-time life transitions and nervous system challenges
This container supports not quick breakthroughs, but lasting embodied change that reshapes how you relate to yourself, others, and your life.
There is no “better” option, only what fits your nervous system right now.
Some bodies want a focused 3-month return.
Some need the long exhale of six months.
We’ll explore alignment together in a free 30-minute discovery call.
if something in you is curious about exploring this work, welcome to your initiation. This is a somatic practice to listen to that inner knowing...
a final note of celebration
I just want to really highlight how even thinking about starting down this somatic healing path can be scary, unfamiliar, and uncomfortable, and I just really wanted to acknowledge and celebrate you for even being here! It ain’t easy and yet here you are taking a step towards curious exploration which is a courageously vulnerable act of self-love that deserves a round of applause. I honor your willingness to dive into your depths, connect with your inner world, and embark on this journey or re-remembering who the fuck you really are in your complex, goureous, wholeness.
And whenever you’re ready, I’ll be here to walk alongside you guiding the way.
xoxo,
Olga
you belong here.
I follow the ethical guidelines of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). More importantly, I honor this core truth: you are the expert of your own experience. Your body is a wise, intelligent partner in your healing, carrying its own language, memory, and guidance.
My role is not to fix, direct, or tell you who to be. It’s to walk alongside you with presence, empathy, and attunement—holding space as you reconnect with your authentic Self.
Ethical somatic coaching, in my practice, means:
Inviting rather than imposing—moving at a pace your nervous system can trust
Using power with humility—knowing that healing comes from within you, not from me
Staying attuned to the relational field—supporting co-regulation, safety, and choice
Trusting your inner meaning-making—your body’s wisdom leads the way
I believe in your capacity to feel, to sense, and to embody your aliveness. Sometimes that knowing gets obscured by stress, trauma, or survival patterns—and that’s where a regulated, compassionate guide can help. Together, we create the conditions for you to come home to your body, reclaim your autonomy, and remember who you’ve always been.
