We are shaped by the environment in our family, culture, society, systems, institutions and by our ancestors, reflecting where our inherent human needs of safety, belonging, and dignity were not consistently met.

SO NO IT’S NOT dysregulation, we ADAPT intelligently to life—shaping our posture, muscle tone, breath, nervous system responses, inner narratives, movements, relationships, even how we see the world.

Healing isn’t about fixing yourself—it’s about reconnecting with your body’s innate wisdom. Your soma holds the key to your healing, instincts, and resilience. But in order for this process to begin, the body needs to feel safe enough to soften. It needs support, resources, education, and space to gently unwind, untangle, and take off the protective armor it’s carried for so long.

That happens through compassion, not force. And at the same time, it’s not about only feeling good but at getting good at feeling even th hard stuff).

This kind of healing doesn’t come from thinking or talking alone. We don’t use the mind to analyze or override the body—we use the mind to listen to it. Because we are wired for survival, and in a moment of stress or threat, the nervous system will always override logic. Talking or cognitive insight alone is not enough if the body doesn’t feel safe enough- and let’s face it for many of us the world still has on going threat, discrimination, and injustice and isn’t safe . For real sustainable embodied transformation to happen, our system must start to feel inner and relational trust —felt safety is the foundation.

 

Through consistent embodied awareness, curious compassion, and practice, you can rewire, re-pattern, and re-negotiate how you relate to yourself, others, and the world. Slowly, gently, meeting yourself where you’re at in the present moment.

 

This is the pathway of reclaiming your own authority, power, presence, purpose, play, pleasure, AND remembering your wholeness.

“When I came across Olga’s page lwas intrigued. I didn’t totally understand what somatics was about but she seemed to have a peace about her that I wanted for myself. I resonated with many of her messages and felt like she’d put things into words that l’d felt for a while but didn’t know how to fully articulate. So I signed up for the 10 session package and went in open minded to see what I could take from it. I was afraid if I didn’t commit to a longer length program, that l’d quit because I started the journey in such a very depressed, low energy, and shut down state where I certainly wasn’t prioritizing myself.

 She helped me to realize my lack of expression was keeping me in this low energy, depressive state. She helped me to turn the sadness back into anger, something that is more useful and that I can express in healthy ways and use as fuel for action instead of staying down and inward. Needless to say she is very knowledgeable about somatic healing and broke it down in ways i could understand. She adapted and tailored the coaching to what I needed along the way and identified things I could do to help regulate my nervous system.

She gave space for me to discern what behaviors I was doing that were driven by programs to where I feel like now my actions are more in line with what I actually think and believe in, not what l’ve been conditioned to do. She always made sure I was comfortable and on board with the direction we were going in sessions. I wasn’t exactly sure what I needed when I signed up but l am walking away feeling ready to conquer life and regardless of what is thrown at me l trust the wisdom of my body to carry me through.)​ “

Integrative Somatic Healing weaves together the latest insights from psychophysiology of stress and trauma, ancient wisdom traditions, and body-first somatic psychology and movement—supporting lasting, embodied transformation.

your somatic healing journey

Transformation takes time. Our nervous systems thrive when given the opportunity to move at their natural pace, allowing safety and trust to unfold organically. This 12-week coaching container offers a consistent, supportive space to explore your inner landscape, befriend your body, and integrate profound shifts that create sustainable change. In this 12 week somatic coaching container you are invited to commit to this process through an informal coaching agreement. If for any reason the coaching process is to working for you, you can choose to back out of our informal agreement.​

1. Inviting… Trust in your inner healing intelligence

Your body already knows the way. It carries your instincts, your innate resilience, intellect, and the wisdom to move, release, and integrate what’s been stuck. This is your life force—your own aliveness—guiding you back home to yourself. No one outside can give you this. You already have it.

2. Inviting… Inner-directed focus

This is about turning your attention inward, listening to your sensations, impulses, emotions, and subtle shifts in your nervous system. You don’t need to do more—just notice with curious compassion. Your inner compass knows what’s safe enough, what’s ready to release, and what wants to be felt, expressed, moved, and competed.

3. Inviting… Kind observation across multiple layers of self

Body, breath, energy, emotions, thoughts, spirit… the relational field around you. The ancestral, cultural, systemic layers that shape your patterns. Notice with curiosity and gentleness. No judgment, no fixing – and if that part arises, welcoming it too. . Embodied compassionate awareness itself is medicine.

4. Inviting… Access to embodied resources

Find the parts of you that feel safe, grounded, and supported—inside your body, in your breath, in your posture, outside your body, and in the relational field. Let these become your anchors, your soft spots to return to whenever the nervous system gets activated. Your body already knows how to cradle you.

5. Inviting… Welcome all parts

Every part of you matters—the parts that are brave, the parts that hide, the parts that protest, the parts that carry old stress or trauma. Meeting them with compassion, curiosity, and a sense of “you belong here” begins the softening, integration, and liberation. Nothing is too small, too messy, or too stubborn to be seen

Thank you Olga for your amazing support and guiding me through all the emotions that needed to move! With little bit of a distance from our Tuesday session I wanted to share with you how much it has helped me to see and allow myself to experience emotions that are coming up, in a different way. If you’ve ever asked yourself that, you’re not alone.

And the answer usually isn’t in your mindset.

It’s in your nervous system—and in the subcortical layers of your brain that were shaped by experiences long before you had language or choice.

Your body isn’t broken.

It’s wise.

This is where the science comes in:

🌱 Over 80% of vagus nerve signals go from body to brain—not the other way around.

So even if your mind says, “I’m safe,” your body might still be bracing for impact.

And that’s not your fault.


 

We all carry somatic shaping—the invisible conditioning from family, culture, and society that our bodies absorbed to stay safe, connected, accepted, and worthy.

This shaping forms our postures, tensions, patterns of relating, and even how we breathe.

Over time, some of these adaptations fade into the background of our awareness.

They become what we call the somatic shadow—the automatic, protective parts of us we’ve exiled, rejected, or hidden away.

The parts that once kept us safe, but now feel heavy, disconnected, or out of sync with who we want to be.

Somatic healing doesn’t pathologize these parts.

Instead, we meet them with curiosity and compassion.

 

🧠 Top-down = mind-first (like CBT, mindset work, or meditation)

💛 Bottom-up = body-first (like breath, movement, nervous system regulation, and parts work)

Both are valuable. But bottom-up work creates the foundation for lasting change.

Why? Because your brain can’t rewire when your body is stuck in survival mode.

 

It’s not the feeling that overwhelms us—it’s the resistance to it.

When we numb, override, or suppress emotion, the energy doesn’t disappear.

It gets stored in the tissues, the breath, the posture… manifesting as burnout, illness, or emotional disconnection.

The good news?

✨ You don’t have to re-live the past.

✨ You don’t have to fix or force anything.

✨ You just have to create enough safety in the present for your body to soften, unwind, untangle, and remember its innate capacity to heal.

This is a Journey Back to Your True Self, it's s not about reliving the past—it’s about creating new embodied experiences in the present. Somatic healing coaching isn’t psychotherapy—it’s a therapeutic somatic partnership that empowers you to reconnect with your body’s wisdom, creating sustainable, embodied transformation from the inside out.
