integrative somatic coaching
Integrative Somatic Coaching blends the most recent breakthroughs in neurobiology, ancient spiritual wisdom, and mind-body therapeutic techniques. By integrating traditional top-down coaching methods with body-based (somatic) techniques, it taps into the subconscious mind (the subcortical brain), the nervous system, and the body’s innate healing abilities. This approach aims to achieve profound and long lasting changes and sustainable embodied transformation. All the somatic practices and techniques are grounded in the latest developments in stress and trauma theories, emphasizing a contemporary understanding of the Autonomic Nervous System.
Integrative Somatic Coaching combines different holistic (mind-body-spirit) modalities, theories, and approaches such as Somatic Parts Work (IFS), Mindfulness, Trauma Sensitive Yoga, Polyvagal Theory, Attachment Theory, Somatic + Depth + Humanistic Psychology, Gestalt, Focusing, Therapeutic Art Process, Hakomi, Heart Coherence, and Pleasure Activism.
In this coaching container, YOU are the expert in both your own life and bodily experience. This journey starts with the belief that you are creative, resourceful and that your body is resilient and fully capable.
Integrative Somatic Coaching is a partnership in which I support you in compassionately shedding patterns that may no longer serve you and moving towards somatic healing, embodied transformation and the life that you desire and deserve.

love notes
I had the pleasure of being held by Olga in Coaching.
She brings together compassion, a strong sense of perception and accuracy.
I felt very safe being guided by her into my body and gathering the insights and understanding of my next steps each time.
Olga has a strong presence, big heart and knowledge in many fields of work that comes together into the coaching practice.
I recommend coaching sessions with Olga, she works in a very interesting trend that helps us connect with our body, emotions and the information it brings us. Moreover, she radiates peace and sensitivity, everything that happened during this session was a tender invitation to explore specific questions and spaces in the body, paying attention to the fact that I only enter what I want, there was a lot of attention to my boundaries and emotions. Already during the first session, I discovered something very important for myself, which is a signal that Olga knows how to guide another person 🙂
A rare gem. Olga is taking communication with customers to a whole new level: she is extremely polite and empathetic. I felt very comfortable during somatic coaching sessions with her. I am grateful to her for helping me discover some valuable ideas. And, this is big plus for me, Olga speaks perfect English.
I recommend sessions with Olga, thanks to our meeting we went very deep into meeting my parts, my awareness of what I feel in my body has increased, which means I have gained a greater connection with myself, this meeting I feel has initiated greater awareness of myself, I recommend.
All of you is welcome here.
how I work
I always start by meeting you where you areat and with the deep belief in your potential, resourcefulness, creativity, and your body’s resillience.
As an integrative somatic coach, I am here to support and accompany you in befriending your body and tapping into your own inner wisdom, to create embodied transformation and move towards the life you truly desire! I invite you to experience the felt sense of your body ( bringing the mind into the body’s inner world) to uncover wisdom and solutions to issues you may be facing. I’ll also invite internal dialogue and to get to know the different parts of YOU that may be causing g internal conflict, pain, protective patterns or other issues in your life.
My approach is solution focused and PRESENT and FUTURE orientated.
We don’t have to talk about the past to see and FEEL how it still informs our present- through implicit body memory and the subconscious mind. The content and stories from the past can be importnat for creating meaning, but we don’t need to keep retelling our story to grow and heal And actually studies show that this can sometimes hinder us as it creates UNSAFETY in our nervous ssytem
Often all we need is to focus on what it is we truly care about, where we want to go, and creating new somatic experience in the present moment. This is how we can create new patterns and embody new ways of being in the world by rewiring our subconscious brain and repatterning the nervous system. When we see it we don’t have to be it, we can CHOOSE how to respond on purposely cultivating an unshakable core and felt sense of enoughness, wholenss, resource and safety in our bodymind system.
My adverse and profound life experiences as well as my background as an integrative somatic coach + practitioner, and trauma healing yoga TCTSY facilitator working with embodiment, psychology, spirituality, as well as the impacts of trauma on the nervous system and our psychobiology, has equipped me with the experience, skills, training, regulation, attunement, and empathy to support and create a SAFE ENOUGH space for you as you embark on this journey. I get it, I have walked this path and I know it is not easy , and at the same time investing in your intimate relationship with your SELF it the greatest investment you could make!
In this coaching partnership the focus is always on your intention, on what you want to embody, and how you want to BE in this world – with presence and on purpose, instead of by accident.
somatic coaching is NOT psychotherapy
As a somatic coach who is trauma-informed, I don’t diagnose or treat mental health disorders.
We will not be working through big or small mental health crises.
We focus on the emergent wisdom coming up from the body, in other words the felt sense of the inner lasndscape of the bodymind system, the nervous system, emotions, feelings, sensations, and images .
The focus is NOT on talking about or making sense of past trauma content, but rather creating somatic awareness, attunement, resilience, regulation and a safe enough container which supports your body to return to it’s natural HOME. In this state of connection, balance, coherence, and homeostasis, that healing, growth, autoregulation, and transformation happen organically. Your body already knows how to do this.
Demo of what an integrative somatic coaching session could look like
Lina discusses feeling resistance and insecurity about taking on a new coaching client, who is older and more experienced than her. She expresses concerns about not being competent enough and worries the client will doubt her expertise. Lina explores the roots of this impostor syndrome, recognizing it stems from past experiences working with more senior colleagues when she was younger.
With the support of her coach Olga, Lina connects with a deeper, wiser part of herself that encourages her to trust the process and let go of the need to control. She realizes she needs to balance her excitement and confidence with flexibility and an openness to learn from the client. Lina decides to gently challenge the client’s more rigid tendencies in order to uncover his underlying fears and insecurities.Lina reflects on the powerful insights that emerged during the session, particularly the voice of wisdom and the mix of joy, excitement, and resistance she experienced. She expresses gratitude for being able to work through these feelings and gain a deeper understanding of herself. Lina is now feeling more empowered and ready to approach the coaching engagement with an open, trusting mindset and embodied presence.

a normalizing, pro-human, resilience based approach
As humans, we are all complex living systems so for transformation to be sustainable I believe we have to take into consideration that we are not just our conscious mind, thoughts, and behavior, but also a body, nervous system, heart, and spirit, with many different parts, layers, and systems that are constantly working behind the scenes without our awareness in relation to the world around us.
All the ways you have adapted to life aren’t things that need to be “fixed” even if they seem really unhelpful, they have served you and protected you the best way they knew how, otherwise you wouldn’t be here today.
You are NOT broken, your body is capable and intelligent.
I believe in your potential and that your body can be your greatest resource, friend, and teacher.

love notes
I was feeling really inspired and grounded after having a 50-minute coaching session with Olga. I feel really grateful for her questions, her guidance, her wisdom and making me feel like my conclusions were important, sacred. It is not easy to dive into yourself when you're a ball of hormonal mess but sure it is possible and it gives tons of hope and motivation! Thank you once again. BTW. Check out her instagram, it's really inspiring 🙂
The session drew my attention in an important direction that I will continue to develop. I felt well understood, Olga made sure there was space to acknowledge everything that appeared. Thank you.
all of you is welcome here.
I promise to follow the ethical guidelines set by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). You can check out those guidelines at www.coachingfederation.org/ethics if you’re interested. I believe in your ability to attune to yourself, learn the language of your body and embody your FULL aliveness and potentia, and at the same time, it may sometimes be difficult to recognize it in ourselves. That’s why it can be beneficial to have a supportive, attuned, regulated, and empathetic person who knows just what it’s like guiding and walking with you, as you come home and embody your authentic Self.
