But to return to their body, their nervous system, their truth, and their embodied sense of self.<\/p>\n

This is a relational, body-led container grounded in somatic practice, nervous system awareness, trauma-informed understanding, and present-moment experience.<\/p>\n

We work with what is happening in your system in real time \u2014 sensation, emotion, breath, movement, imagery, relational experience, and the protective patterns that have shaped how you move through life.<\/p>\n

Your system is not something to override.
\nIt is something to listen to.<\/p>\n

And what you\u2019ve been calling stuck, overwhelmed, numb, or not enough often begins to make sense when met this way.<\/p>\n
